Demonstration
Full demonstration on how to process data from a cosmic ray neutron sensor.

To successfully process the measurements by a cosmic ray neutron sensor, we need

to follow these steps:
1. Download data and import into python
2. Check time steps and eliminate double time steps
3. Download the neutron monitor data: https://www.nmdb.eu/ and import it
4. Correct neutron count rates
5. Calculate SWE from neutron count rate
