I am a conscientious and trustworthy person, who is currently studying towards

obtaining my G.C.S.E's, With the goal of continuing into higher education to
partake in three A level courses of my choice.

I also am currently taking food tech as an GCSE (I have been doing this for the past 3 years) subject
which involves which involves baking/cooking complex dishes so I will have the skills needed to handle
food if needed
I am 16 years old and currently looking for a place to develop my skills
I have many skills that I have developed during my studies in GCSE such as all the skills needed while
preparing a dish and cleaning an area I also am I able to work extremely well under pressure and don’t
get stressed easy.
I am a hard working skilled person who is ready to do whatever is needed to to get the job done .
I am very social and interact well with people
And I like putting a smile on people’s faces

I also am currently doing my Food Tech GCSE exams. So I am accustomed to working under pressure
and a time limit. I also know how to keep a work place clean as I had to clean up after myself and other
for the past 2 years. I have also been dealing with a different variety of food and dishes for the past 2
years and have become very decent at it
I know how to work well in teams even if I dislike a person as during my GSCE I was put into pairs with
random people to see how we would work and this develop my skill to make a good workspace no
matter who I was working with.

I’ve been looking for a job for a while to help my family when needed(ever since the inflation started
happening money has started to become a problems, but that’s not the only reason I want a job I also
want a job so I can help people have a happy day and leave a smile on people’s faces because it also
makes me happy to know I’ve made someone’s day better. and also to learn new things in life. So far
my search has led to nothing. So I hope you can give me that chance.

Work Experience

Babysitting
East London
2021 to 2023
When I was around 13-14 I started babysitting for family or family friends who needed a day to themselves
so that I could gain more experience in work and I still do this from time to time. I also babysit my brothers
and sisters from time to time as-well when my parents are out and when my older brother is at work. I
learnt to communicate well from this as I was always travelling to others houses and meeting new people
if they were at the houses I babysat at. I also learnt how to handle bad situation such as arguments or
fights as kids always tend to fight and it’s easier to just diffuse the situation then get angry and make
the situation worse. I would usually be baby sitting these kids for 4-8 hours and rarely ever encountered
any problems as I always came prepared beforehand as not to cause a problem

Farm Worker
Stepping Stones Farm - East London
January 2019 to December 2022
I previously volunteered, two days a week, on my free weekends, at Stepping
Stones Farm, situated in the East End of London. During my time there I helped to
feed the animals, clean out their habitats, restock their feed and water supply
and keep them company. I also answered any questions from visitors and assisted
them with any other queries.
When working here we would each assign each other roles and things to do so that the work was done
in a fast pace and no one was messing around or missing out on work. We would also all switch who we
would work with to make sure work wasn’t disrupted because people could work together.
I also gained leadership and work skills from working here as each day someone was given the chance
to get the choice to decide who worked were and with who to see how well they knew everyone and
to test leadership skills

Library Assistant
East London
2020 to 2022
In my school we have a massive library that used to ask people to work at to help out. I was once of those
people who worked at the library for about 2 years. I was tasked with a variety of jobs which included
working on the computer to scan in books or put the back or to re new them so we knew what was in
stock. I was also tasked sometimes with making sure it was a quiet space by kicking students out or
helping someone if they couldn’t find something. Also while working their we would help any student that
came to us with a personal problem such as they didn’t like the way people were treating them in the
library or people were making them uncomfortable and we would solve the problem without worsening
it any further which mostly consisted of asking the student who was doing it and telling them to stop
and if they didn’t stop they would be banned or kicked out for 1-5f days depending on the seriousness
of the situation
