    organizations. Initially we would like to hold a meetingto learn about your company and
    to understand your concerns,issues and your expectations.

    4. Free unlimited consultation during office hours.

    Our Monthly Professional Fees payable to MA. ANELIA M.DELOS REYESin the
    amount of PESOS: FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PS,000.00) net of Expanded
    Withholding Tax.
