Railim Engineering Supply Trading is a
solely-owned enterprise which was
established and registered with the
Department of Trade and Industry on the 13th
of February 2019. The company started its
operation at South Point Subdivision in Brgy.
Banay-Banay, Cabuyao, Laguna, in the
middle of April of the same year.
Our products are used by different
companies in vast applications, which is why
our company’s main goal is to cater a wider
range of high-quality materials. We made it
our aim to build a long-term relationship with
our clients thru an exceptional service and
high efficiency in providing extensive support
to meet your requirements.

POLYIMIDE (PI) / VESPEL®

COLOR
Vespel® is a high-performance plastic that
are lightweight but can handle heavy loads. It Chocolate Brown
exhibits an extreme resistance to creep,
impact, and high temperature. It is also SIZE
characterized as highly durable, low wear
and low friction properties. They are also 1 ft x 1 ft
dimensionally stable and easy to machine,
resistant to electrical and chemicals

TORLON 4203 / 4301 (PAI)

Torlon is a thermoplastic with excellent COLOR
chemical and physical properties that Greenish - 5530
withstands extreme temperatures and other Black - 4301
harsh conditions. Yellow - 4201

PEI (POLYETHERIMIDE) / ULTEM®

COLOR
PEI is characterized as a high strength
thermoplastic with high rigidity and creep Amber
resistance, notable dimensional stability, and
inherently flame retardant. It offers good

electrical insulation, hydrolytic stability,
resistance to UV and weathering. It is also 2 ft x 4 ft
easy to machine and fabricate.

PTFE (POLYTETREFLUOROETHYLENE)/TEFLON™
PTFE is known for its remarkable resistance COLOR
to almost all chemicals but is limited to some
White
fluorides and molten alkali metals. It also has
an outstanding resistance to temperature
ranging from -200°C (-328°F) to 260°C SIZE
(500°F) and excellent electrical insulating
properties. It delivers a low coefficient of 4 ft x 4 ft
friction and strong anti-adhesion properties.

CDM (COMPOSITE DELMAT MATERIAL) / DUROSTONE®

COLOR
CDM is known for its low thermal
conductivity and electrostatic dissipative. It Black

Semitron® ESd 225 POM

COLOR
Uses Acetal POM as a base resin. Acetal is an

parts requiring high stiffness, low friction and

hard disk drives or for handling in- process 2 ft x 4 ft
silicon wafers.

RICOCEL®
COLOR
Ricocel® are characterized by its anti-static
property, excellent mechanical strength for Black
fine machining, resistance to extreme heat

ESD PA6 (CDR6)

G11 is a thermosetting industrial fiber glass
composite laminate consisting of a Yellow

ESD POLYCARBONATE CLEAR

COLOR
ESD Polycarbonate is a plastic sheet product
that controls static electricity for many Clear

ESD ACRYLIC/PMMA (POLYMETHYL METHACRYLATE)

COLOR
Acrylic/PMMA is a lightweight transparent
thermoplastic homopolymer which is used as Clear

impact resistance. It is highly resistant to UV SIZE

MC NYLON
COLOR
Nylon (PA) has an excellent chemical and
corrosion resistance, easy to machine and Black, Blue
fabricate, excellent wear and abrasion Ivory, White

ACETAL / POLYOXYMETHYLENE (POM) / DELRIN®

COLOR
Acetal/POM is known for its excellent
mechanical strength, and rigidity. It has low Black, Blue, White
moisture absorption and surface friction,
good resistance to chemicals and solvents SIZE
except for strong acids, and good insulation
properties. It is highly resistant to wear and 1x2m
creep which gives it an excellent
machinability.
BAKELITE
Bakelite are known for its ability to be COLOR
molded quickly, and notable electrical Black
properties. It also possesses an outstanding Orange
mechanical property, resistant to destructive SIZE
chemicals, friction, heat, and are non-

POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC)
COLOR
Rigid PVC is characterized with outstanding
hardness and tensile strength, easy to Grey, Ivory, Clear
fabricate, machine, bond with adhesives or
solvents, and weld, excellent resistance to
chemical and corrosion. It is also economical SIZE
and readily available.

POLYURETHANE (PU)

Polyurethane is characterized as elastic,
pliable and resistant to tear and flex fatigue. Yellow

Is an amorphous, impact-resistant, opaque
thermoplastic that is widely used in the Ivory
plastic industry. As the name suggests, the

HIGH-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE)

COLOR
Is the most versatile thermoplastic polymer
made from petroleum. It is known for its Beige, Black
outstanding tensile strength, high-impact White, Green
resistance and large strength-to-density

POLYPROPYLENE (PP) COLOR

Polypropylene is a lightweight polymer which
has a desirable impact resistance and tensile White
strength. It has excellent durability, Beige
resistance to stress and cracking, resistance
to chemicals but limited to oxidizing agents. SIZE
The drawback with PP is it is highly
