    Financial Assumption

     The Net Sales is increased by 6.30% based on Asian Development Bank (2023) in the

    Philippines.

     Employee salary will increase to 5.7% per annum, based on the data from DOLE.

     The utilities will increase by 5% per years, based on the past data of electricity consumption.

     The straight-line method is used to compute the depreciation.

     Tax is computed based on The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law table

    starting January 2023.
