1. Tell me about yourself.

 Perform tasks in the planning and implementation of service processes


 I coordinate the training of colleagues, evaluate the quality, I optimize the processes in order to achieve higher
quality, I contribute in measuring and improving quality
 I participate in regular meetings with the customers, with other teams like backoffices, 2 nd level groups, service
owners
 I produce and analyse reports in order to improve processes
 process improvement, ppl management
 coordinating the onboarding process, coordinate quality improvement of the international service desk

I use English on a daily basis in written and in oral form.

2. Why did u apply and why do you consider urself fit to the job?
I would like to leave my current job:
I can't move forward
there is development opportinities

I had innovative ideas, but there was no drive from the group

I can easily see through processes, I can easily rationalize -> I simplify processes

I have completed a basic project management training and i felt it’s me, it affected me very much, as i aleays plan,
organize tasks in my everyday life, too. – I enjoy it as it boosts me, i feel im in motion.

3. Can you tell us about the last project you worked on?
It was a smaller one but affects several people and processes, so it means a lot for me.

The goal: new and better, more transparent way of quality evaluation and optimalization.

I have worked in a workgroup where a bunch of people, mostly with the same expertise planned and developed a
new way of measurement.

it was successful, I represented and led the part of international topics

Bigger one:I have coordinated the rollout of win10 operational system in the international workplace (uk, the nl,
Slovakia etc), I have planned how, for whom, when to introduce it (like t systems companies, beta tests), the
knowledge base, the training of colleagues. the

First, i check the deadlines, stakeholder needs, or determining tasks that make up a critical path

6. How would you describe a project plan?


 Scope and goals: what the project is aiming to achieve.
 Schedule: The schedule outlines when the project will start and end, how long tasks are expected to take, and
when milestones should be reached.
 Tasks and milestones: Tasks are the components of work that have to be completed in order to achieve
milestones, and eventually the entire project. Milestones are a set of tasks, and define the end of a phase of the
project.
 members: A project plan generally defines which individual is in charge of what task.
 Documentation: A project plan might include links to other important charts and documents, like RACI charts,
a project charter, budget, or risk management plan, so that it’s easy to find key information.

scope: how, what, with what content - How do we want to achieve it? -> define tasks, members, setting milestones

members: pm, sponsor (demand list – what are the requirements and what are not!) ->
