Summary

Yeonjin can admit that, in part, this is her fault. She knows she shouldn’t have kissed
Dongeun, but she was pissed as hell, and she’d had the same burst of manic confidence she
always has when she’s mad. Now as a consequence, Dongeun is being a coward bitch and
avoiding her all the time, and Yeonjin feels like her heart is pumping pure anger through
every one of her veins and arteries.

All that fucking kiss did was make things worse for herself, because now Yeonjin knows
how good Dongeun’s mouth taste and how soft her skin feels and how pretty she sounds
when she’s breathless and needy.

It’s driving her insane.

(Or; canon divergence au where Yeonjin is still a bad person and Dongeun still hates her
guts, but they also feel crazily and inexplicably attracted to each other.)

Notes

i'm going to be honest, this is the first problematic ship i ever wrote for, but i've been
literally obsessed over yeonjin and dongeun young characters for weeks and i needed to
write something for them. i know in canon yeonjin is just a sadistic and narcissistic rich
bitch, but i also think the concept of her having a sicko crush on dongeun and showing her
feelings towards her in an unhinged way sounds really interesting to write, so here we are

as a warning, there are no explicit scenes of bullying or violence, but they are referenced.
also, the iron curler thing does not happen here and sohee isn't dead, so yeonjin is only a
bully, not a murderer, which isn't better but heey, it's a change

having said that, hope u enjoy it (while having in mind that this isn't supposed to be good
and healthy)!!

There’s something about Moon Dongeun that, somehow, manages to catch Yeonjin’s attention. It’s
inexplicable, confusing and irritating.

Yeonjin doesn’t get it.

There is literally nothing special about Moon Dongeun. She only has one friend, and most of the
time she’s quiet in class. Yeonjin really doubts that anyone besides her knows who Dongeun is.
After all, she’s just another ordinary student. The problem is; maybe Yeonjin isn’t really good at
school, but if there’s something she’s very good at, it’s at obsessing. In fact, she considers herself
something of an expert at obsessing.

Yeonjin got obsessed over a lot of things throughout her life. She got obsessed over the expensive
and shiny shoes she saw on one of her trips to Europe. She got obsessed over Jaejun when her
hormones were kicking in for the first time and he was the only jerk within reach who matched her
same energy. She got obsessed over bullying Sohee until things got far out of hand and she
accidentally made her change schools.

Yeonjin has gotten obsessed a lot of times, and she doesn’t really see it as a bad thing. It’s simply
that once a concept gets into her brain, it loops over and over and over again, as if on repeat. It’s
inevitable and hard to stop, like a poison slowly spreading in her body.

Right now, her current obsession is Moon Dongeun.

And just like happens every time she obsesses over something, she needs to get what she wants.
Long ago, she did everything she could to have Jaejun. This time, she doesn’t really know what she
wants from Dongeun, but in the meantime, she has had fun investigating Dongeun.

Having connections makes stalking people too easy. So, it really is easy to inquire into Dongeun’s
life without even talking to her.

In the last few weeks, Yeonjin found out a few things about Moon Dongeun. Like the fact that
she’s fucking poor– something Yeonjin has assumed since she saw the dirty, spent shoes Dongeun
wears all the time. Dongeun also lives alone in a small apartment in a deplorable state that her
alcoholic mother rents for her. Apparently, she doesn’t have much of a relationship with her family
and is alone most of the time.

In simpler words, Yeonjin discovered that Moon Dongeun is unlucky, pathetic, and poor. Just a
loser without many friends who fall under the radar in class. Someone who lives in misery and
constantly struggles to get a better life with the illusion that having good grades might change
something. An underdog with no future and destined to live a mediocre life.

It’s more than clear that there is really nothing special about Moon Dongeun. And yet, every time
Yeonjin shares a class with her, her eyes can’t be taken away from Dongeun no matter how hard
she tries. It’s annoying, really annoying. But what’s even more annoying is that Moon Dongeun
has never looked at her in all the time they’ve been in the same class. Not even a quick fleeting
glance or a casual meet of eyes. Nothing.

It’s unbelievable.

How has someone like Dongeun never paid attention to someone like Yeonjin? It’s almost an
offense considering that everyone in the class knows about Yeonjin’s social status and cruel nature.
Because if there are two things people know is that Park Yeonjin is really rich and really mean.
That’s why no one messes with her. Everyone knows her place. Everyone knows the difference
between her and the rest.

Dongeun doesn’t seem to be aware of it. Or maybe she is, and she’s just an idiot. Whatever it is,
Yeonjin hates how Dongeun is always minding her own business, oblivious to Yeonjin’s presence.
She hates how Dongeun walks past her and acts like she doesn’t know who Yeonjin is.

To be honest, Yeonjin doesn’t really remember when she got so obsessed over Dongeun, but lately
it’s only getting worse.

If she has to blame someone, it’s Sohee. Things have been boring since she left and without a toy to
play with, Yeonjin has spent more time than usual staring at the girl who sits next to her. That’s
how in just one week, Yeonjin’s gaze has turned away enough times to notice Dongeun’s always
dry lips, her soft and squishy cheeks, and her bright and big innocent eyes.

Time passes surprisingly quickly when she has her eyes on Dongeun, Yeonjin realizes, resting her
face on her hand. The thought makes her eyes go off on their own and drift from the chalkboard to
Dongeun. It’s automatic, something she does inevitably in class more times than she is proud of.
Yeonjin’s eyes are stubborn and never listen to her, so at some point she started to not care about
being subtle or discrete.

Soon the bell rings, and Yeonjin gets up from her seat, taking a look at Dongeun. She’s still sitting
in her chair and her gaze keeps glued to her notebook even as Yeonjin intentionally walks past her.

Shit.

Dongeun’s lack of interest in her is starting to piss her off a little too much.

Yeonjin clenches her teeth and resists the urge to snarl as she walks out of her class in a growing
bad mood that only gets worse when she gets to the gym and sees the last two people she wanted to
see today.

Sitting in the chairs around their table, there are the idiots of Son Myeong-oh and Choi Hyejeong.
Yeonjin can hear them arguing over something like the pronunciation of a word, and she rolls her
eyes as she slumps down on the seat across from them with a look that makes them shut up.

“Looks like someone’s in a bad mood.” Myeong-oh says in a mocking tone, giving Yeonjin one of
his annoying smiles.

“It’s none of your business, loser.” Yeonjin snaps back, resting her back against the chair. Her gaze
goes to the ceiling and Dongeun’s image appears in her mind. It’s sudden and confusing, and it
only makes Yeonjin feel angrier.

“What’s her problem?” Myeong-oh hisses to Hyejeong, crossing his arms with clear irritation.

Hyejeong ignores him and says to Yeonjin with amusement, “Let me guess. Are you upset because
you have to clean the bathroom today?”
“Mmm.” Yeonjin responds disinterestedly, without the intention of making an excuse and
definitely without the desire to comment on her real reason for anger. Admitting that Dongeun
makes her feel angry is to admit that Dongeun is important enough to make her feel something, and
Yeonjin refuses to give so much relevance in her life to someone like Moon Dongeun.

Myeong-oh frowns. “It’s her turn? I thought you were in charge of cleaning today.”

“My turn was last week, idiot.” Hyejeong answers, giving him a nudge. “God, you’re really an
idiot. You were literally there, how did you forget it?”

Myeong-oh curses under his breath and shoots a death glare at Hyejeong. “Shut up, bitch.”

Yeonjin rolls her eyes when Myeong-oh and Hyejeong start fighting again and right when she’s
about to yell at them to shut up, her brain completely processes Hyejeong’s words.

“Shit. I forget today I’m supposed to clean the bathroom,” Yeonjin makes a face and a whine of
complaint escapes from her mouth. “Ugh. I hate to clean.”

Myeong-oh and Hyejeong stay silent until Yeonjin gives them a suggestive look, one that clearly
says I wish someone could help me.

Hyejeong is the first one to spit out quickly, “That sucks, Yeonjin. I wish I could help you, but I
already promised my mother that I would help her at work after school.”

“I also can’t help you. I have plans with Jaejun, and he’s going to get mad if I stand him up. You
know how he is. I am sorry, Yeonjin.” Myeong-oh pretends to feel bad about it. Then, with a
shrug, he adds, “Maybe you can get someone to do it for you.”

Yeonjin huffs out, ready to launch a scathing comment, but before that happens, a light goes on in
her mind.

Maybe Myeong-oh is right about something for the first time.

It’s been a week since Sohee left, and Yeonjin thinks it’s time to get her a replacement. And what
better replacement for her than the girl she’s been watching all this time. Dongeun is completely
alone, so she has almost nothing to lose, which means she is probably easy to use and break.
Dongeun seems malleable– docile and defenseless. Perfect to be her new entertainment.

It’s Yeonjin’s opportunity to find out what Dongeun has that attracts her so much. It sounds
tempting. Fun. Yeonjin wants to take Dongeun apart piece by piece and put her back together until
having absolute control over her. The thought makes her smile.

“Oh, she is smiling like a creep. That’s scary.”

“Can you ever shut up, asshole?”

Yeonjin ignores both of them, like she’s getting used to do. Then she looks at Myeong-oh. “Do you
know Moon Dongeun?”

Myeong-oh furrows in confusion. “Who is that?”

Yeonjin sighs and moves her gaze to Hyejeong. “Moon Dongeun. She’s in our class.”

Hyejeong blinks.

Yeonjin takes a deep breath, calming herself. These idiots. “Dongeun. The short girl with bangs
who always sits in the last seat beside the window.”

“Oh, that Dongeun! Yes, I know her.” Hyejeong says, nodding. “Wait, how do you know her so
well? I don’t think she ever spoke to you.”

That’s true, and the affirmation annoys Yeonjin more than it should. But the anger is quickly
drowned out by a feeling of panic due to Hyejeong's curious expression.

“I don’t really know her, but now that Myeong-oh mentioned it, I think she could help me.”
Yeonjin answers, trying to act indifferent. As if she hadn’t got nervous because her obsession over
Moon Dongeun almost got discovered.

Yeonjin doesn’t even know why the thought of the rest of the guys knowing that she stares a lot at
Dongeun terrifies her so much. Probably because the idiots would make fun of her the rest of her
life if they find it out.

“Anyway. Go find Dongeun and bring her here,” Yeonjin orders, getting up from the chair. “I’m
going to the bathroom. I hope when I get back, she is here waiting for me.”

Yeonjin heads towards the gym entrance without saying anything else, and before walking through
the door, she turns and looks at Myeong-oh and Hyejeong, who are still sitting. That’s enough to
make both of them get up reluctantly and walk out of the gym. And as easy as that, both of them go
away to find Dongeun.

Something like butterflies stirs Yeonjin’s stomach as she begins to walk to the bathroom with a
smile hanging on her lips.

Moon Dongeun is finally going to acknowledge her existence. Regardless of whether she wants it
or not.

When Yeonjin returns, Dongeun is standing in front of Myeong-oh and Hyejeong just as she
demanded. For some reason, she feels an inexplicable emotion at that, her heart beating faster and
faster with each step she takes towards Dongeun.

The moment Yeonjin stands in front of Dongeun, she feels something new kicking her chest–
something raw and unfamiliar. Yeonjin doesn’t really get it, but Dongeun’s presence distracts her
enough not to care about it. Anyway, right now she is more concentrated on something else, like
the abysmal height difference between her and Dongeun.

Sure, Yeonjin has seen Dongeun a few times in the corridors of the school, so this isn’t something
unexpected. It’s still a bit surprising, though. Because only now that they are so close, Yeonjin
really realizes how small Dongeun looks besides her.

Yeonjin has to look down to make eye contact, and she likes it. It makes her feel powerful.

Although what she enjoys about this more is that her height helps her to be able to perfectly admire
Dongeun’s face.

The first thing Yeonjin notices is that Dongeun doesn’t have tiny lips or a small, button nose.
Dongeun actually has a big nose and full lips. Her bangs fall sloppily across her forehead, and her
hairstyle looks like one an elementary school girl would get. Yeonjin doubts Dongeun uses quality
hair products, but surprisingly her hair still looks soft.

Being honest, Dongeun doesn’t look so bad. Actually, Dongeun isn’t ugly at all, she’s quite the
opposite. Her features are delicate, and she has the angelic face of a good girl.

But there’s still something about Dongeun’s expression that bothers Yeonjin. Maybe it’s her
serious face or the lack of expressiveness in her eyes. Probably it’s both things. It makes Yeonjin
want to fan the flame in her eyes and see the expressions she knows Dongeun’s face is capable of
making. Yeonjin wants to provoke Dongeun and mess with her until her eyes are full of emotions.
She wants to be vile and mean, and see all the facets of Dongeun– especially how angry and
vulnerable she can get.

Yeonjin is so deep in thought that it takes her a moment to realize that she’s still staring. Her brain
is scattered now and her thoughts all over the place, but in the middle of the haze that is in her
mind, she still manages to remember the reason Dongeun is here.

“We’re in the same homeroom, but I’ve never talked to you,” Yeonjin begins, using a friendly and
soft tone of voice, obviously fake. A smile slips onto her lips as she slowly approaches Dongeun.
“Right, Dongeun?”

Dongeun swallows and, with a serious expression, she asks, “What do you want?”

Oh?

“She couldn’t say hello back.” Yeonjin murmurs to herself in disbelief. This girl really doesn’t
know who Yeonjin is. Or maybe she’s just a bigger idiot than Yeonjin thought she was.

So annoying.

“Okay then. I don’t need anything. It’s just a favor.” Yeonjin continues, and her voice is still
gentle, but she knows her intentions are already visible. “I can’t stand the smell of bleach, you
know. But it’s already my turn to clean the bathroom,” she explains, and with a smile, she adds,
“What do you think?”

Dongeun stares at Yeonjin for a moment, clearly ignoring the way Myeong-oh is looking at her
from his seat, and Hyejeong walks behind her like a predator stalking its prey.

“What do you mean?” Dongeun asks after a pause, and her expression still lacks any emotion.

Yeonjin laughs, loud and fake. She fucking laughs because Dongeun is obviously aware of what’s
happening right now. “You know what I mean,” she snaps, replacing the soft tone from earlier
with a low and deep one, the irritation dripping from her tongue. “Does it hurt your pride less if
you put off your answers?”

Dongeun remains silent, her gaze still fixed on Yeonjin.

A moment passes, and Yeonjin takes a breath. “Anyway, can you clean the bathroom for me?” she
finally asks, because this is taking too long and Yeonjin is already getting frustrated. “Another
friend of mine helped me until last week, but now she’s changed schools.”
Hyejeong and Myeong-oh whisper something about Sohee’s school transfer from behind, but
Yeonjin is only focused on Dongeun, expectant to her response.

“Come on, answer me now.” Yeonjin presses Dongeun, feeling her impatience growing like a
balloon inflating more and more. “I really want to hear your voice.”

As usual, Dongeun takes a long pause. Then, she plucks up her courage and responds, “What will
you do... if I say no?”

And as simple as that, the balloon pops and Yeonjin only sees red.

For a moment, she thinks of nothing but Dongeun’s constant indifference and disrespect towards
her in this whole conversation. Then Yeonjin thinks of all the accumulated anger and frustration
from all this time she was looking at Dongeun and Dongeun didn’t even know about her existence.
And then, before Yeonjin can control it, the palm of her hand impacts hard on Dongeun’s cheek.

Dongeun looks shocked and hurt by the slap, and damn, Yeonjin likes that. She likes how those
indifferent eyes now are teary and look at her with fear.

“I like quick answers, and I’m not so patient.” Yeonjin grumbles with anger. “So what? You don’t
want to clean the bathroom?”

Dongeun doesn’t answer. Instead, she brings one hand to her cheek and stares at Yeonjin with her
lip quivering.

“God, I’m so impatient.” Yeonjin grumbles, and then smiles in disbelief at Dongeun’s silence.
“Ah... this won’t do.”

Yeonjin gives up. She tried to do it the right way, but if Dongeun doesn’t cooperate, she has no
choice but to do it in the only way she knows how to do things. It’s faster for her. More painful for
Dongeun. But more simple for both of them.

“Hey, Myeong-oh.” Yeonjin calls him, giving Dongeun one last look before she sits down to
watch. At least Dongeun can entertain her for a while like Sohee used to.

Just as Yeonjin predicted, Dongeun accepts to clean the bathroom after the first kick. It always
works.

Yeonjin has learned over time that there are only two ways to get what she wants quickly: through
violence and blackmail. Of course there are other ways, but those two are the ones Yeonjin finds
most fun. And oh, Yeonjin is finding really fun the scene happening in front of her.

Standing in the middle of the bathroom, Dongeun is mopping the floor, crestfallen. Her expression
is downcast, and she already seems tired, breathing through the mouth and wiping the sweat off her
face. She looks defeated, humiliated. It feels strangely satisfying.
Yeonjin can smell the bleach, but she chooses to tolerate it for a moment to lean against the
bathroom door and watch.

Dongeun doesn’t take long to notice her presence, giving her a look loaded with hatred and
resentment. Which makes Yeonjin feel inexplicably satisfied again. It’s hard to hide her happiness,
so she doesn’t even try it and only smiles wide and mocking.

“Do you have something to say to me, Dongeun?” Yeonjin asks in a playful tone, eyes darkening
in amusement.

Dongeun opens her mouth and closes it, like she’s holding herself back from saying a lot of things.
At the end, she resigns herself to remaining silent and lowers her head like a kicked puppy.

Yeonjin thinks the description fits Dongeun really well. Although more than a pup, she’s just like a
rabid stray dog.

It doesn’t really matter– in any case, Yeonjin knows better than anyone that even stray dogs can be
domesticated to become obedient puppies.

“I guess that’s a no.” Yeonjin laughs. “Anyway. Do a good job for me, okay?” she says with fake
kindness. When Dongeun doesn’t answer, Yeonjin’s gaze darkens and her voice lowers a tone. “I
think you already know I like quick answers. Stop being so proud and just say okay. That will
make things easier for you and me. I mean, unless you want me to call Myeong-oh, of course.”

At that, Dongeun seems to react because she swallows hard and lowers her shoulders, surrendering.
“Okay,” she answers after a few seconds and the word comes slowly and softly, as if it had hurt to
pronounce it

“See? It’s not that hard.” Yeonjin sighs dramatically, and as she thinks about it, she finds funny
how proud Dongeun is. It’s just like her mother always says: when you don’t have money or
power, you have nothing to lose more than your dignity and pride. It’s a pathetic ideology. “You’re
too stubborn and proud for a poor loser, Dongeun.”

Dongeun visibly clenches her teeth and stares at her for a long time. Her eyes are intent and full of
emotions like sadness, anger and impotence– all for Yeonjin. Her eyes are painfully aware of
Yeonjin’s presence.

And oh. Yeonjin finally understands what she wanted from Dongeun all this time.

It was her attention.

All this time all she wanted was for Dongeun to recognize her, to only look at her.

And she got it.

It makes her feel victorious and confirms something Yeonjin knew since too long: she always gets
what she wants. It’s just another truth about her. Yeonjin is pretty, rich, and she always gets what
she wants. Like that time in Europe when she bought more than three pairs of the expensive and
shiny shoes she saw in a Louis Vuitton store. Like that time she made Jaejun hers until she got
bored with him and discard him. Like that time she thought Sohee would be fun to bully and got so
drunk on power, things end bad.

Yeonjin smiles. It feels good to always get what she wants.

It becomes a habit, something Yeonjin does regularly. Bullying Dongeun is fun because she’s an
easy prey.

There’s a way in which it works: Myeong-oh is a violent motherfucker, Sara and Hyejeong are
cruel bitches and Jaejun is as bad as the rest, even if he doesn’t do too much. Most of the time,
Yeonjin dedicates to only watch.

It’s an unconventional hobby, but Dongeun has become a part of her daily routine. It’s almost like
watching her favorite movie over and over again at lunch break and after school. And oh, Yeonjin
really enjoys watching. Maybe that’s because of her sadistic tendencies, or maybe it’s because
Dongeun looks really pretty when she’s panting and writhing on the floor, crawling under her shoe
like an insect.

Pretty.

Is that the word? Yeonjin doesn’t really want to accept that Dongeun is pretty, but she can’t find
another word to describe her either. It’s like trying to cover the sun with a finger, Yeonjin already
gave up denying it a long time ago. Everything about Dongeun is pretty, from her legs to her face.

Sometimes Yeonjin thinks there’s something wrong with her. Not because she enjoys doing bad
things, but because sometimes she finds herself thinking about Dongeun differently. It makes her
feel sick, because Yeonjin is sure Sara and Hyejeong don’t think about Dongeun the way she does.
They are probably not so obsessed like her, and they surely don’t think about Dongeun as much as
she does. But Dongeun is something constant in her head, and Yeonjin can’t help but wait every
day for the moment to see her in school and mess up with her.

There’s something addictive about Dongeun, because Yeonjin isn’t really a person who likes
physical contact, but sometimes her hands crave to touch her. Sometimes her fingers tingle with the
need to feel Dongeun, and Yeonjin indulges in that. It’s unconscious, like a basic need, a desire that
burns inside her. That’s why Yeonjin sometimes makes excuses to touch Dongeun.

Every time it happens, she takes her time to brush Dongeun’s jaw with her thumb and feel how soft
Dongeun’s cheeks are under her fingers.

Yeonjin always seizes the moment, savoring every second of it. Her touch is gentle and soft, and
Yeonjin found out that Dongeun is more scared of her tenderness than all her roughness. Maybe
it’s because she isn’t used to Yeonjin’s genuine kindness, or because she always takes those kinds
of moments as a bad omen that something terrible is going to happen, like the calm before the
storm.

It’s ridiculous. Yeonjin isn’t even that bad compared to the rest of the group. Most of the time, she
doesn’t get her hands dirty and when she does, it’s on special occasions.

The problem is, Yeonjin almost never does anything bad directly, but she’s still the head of the
group, so sometimes she gets really mean. Like, really mean. Maybe that’s why this time things
ended up so bad and Dongeun called the police.
Honestly, Yeonjin didn’t expect it and the situation caught her off guard, but it wasn’t hard to get
out of trouble considering that the chief of police is a friend of her mother’s. Or well, that’s how
her mother calls him, even if Yeonjin already knows they both had an affair.

The cops’ situation is not the problem. The real problem is her mother. She’s pissed off and
throwing salt at her, and now Yeonjin is pissed off too and trying to explain herself to her mother,
and it’s all Dongeun’s fault. That’s the problem with her, every time Yeonjin thinks something
good about her, she pays her this way. It makes her furious. Dongeun always makes her lose her
temper so easily.

Her mother keeps talking about how disappointed she is, and Yeonjin can’t deny she is right.
Dongeun doesn’t have anything and yet, she still got her into problems. Dongeun still doesn’t take
her seriously and underestimates all her power and what she is capable of.

Yeonjin is fucking mad, and while her mother keeps scolding her, all she can think about is what
she can do to put Dongeun in her place.

Two days after the incident, Yeonjin makes Hyejeong and Myeong-oh bring Dongeun to the gym
like they always do. They got the keys of the place after Hyejeong started sleeping with the P.E
teacher, so now the gym is a private space where the five of them can do whatever they want
without any consequences.

They usually always do misdeeds in a group, but today Yeonjin wants to deal with Dongeun alone,
so she asked the others to wait for her outside. A few minutes after that, Yeonjin finds herself
looking at Dongeun, who is standing tense and uncomfortable in front of her.

At least Dongeun is aware of what position she is in.

“There was no need to call the cops, Dongeun. You scared us.” Yeonjin mentions as she starts
walking towards her. Dongeun takes two steps back, as if she wants to run away from her, but
Yeonjin stops her before she can do that, grabbing her by the face. “We were just playing. You
didn’t have to take it so seriously.”

Dongeun doesn’t answer. Instead, her gaze drifts to every corner of the gym, as if she’s trying to
find some way out.

Yeonjin laughs softly and squeezes Dongeun’s cheeks. “The gym is locked and Hyejeong has the
key outside, so don’t waste your time trying to figure out how to escape,” she explains with calm,
and the way Dongeun gulps makes her smile. “Now, where were we? Oh, yeah. You told the
police that I was bullying you and got me into trouble. Ah, I’m so mad... what am I supposed to do
with you?”

Dongeun takes a shaky breath and looks directly into Yeonjin’s eyes. “I did not lie.”

“Eh?” Yeonjin asks, blinking.

“I didn’t lie to the police.” Dongeun repeats more confidently than before. “You and your friends
are always messing up with me and I... I don’t get it. What did I do? Why are you like this with
me?”

What did she do? Yeonjin could name every reason she does this, like her growing obsession with
Dongeun, her temper that can’t stand when Dongeun challenges her and doesn’t take her seriously,
her liking to see Dongeun so defenseless. But saying all of that would mean exposing all her
thoughts and feelings to Dongeun, and Yeonjin can’t even admit all those things to herself.

“Why I am like this?” Yeonjin repeats. “Probably because even if I do bad things, nothing will
happen to me! It’s really simple. I mean, you caused a fucking scene at the station, but here you
are again.”

Dongeun shoots her a death glare, and spits, “You’re a bitch.”

And Yeonjin didn’t expect that. So she raises an eyebrow, ignoring the itch of annoyance inside
her.

“You really don’t know how to shut that mouth of yours, right, Dongeun? Be more careful. Today
I decided to be good, but the rest of the guys are still outside and if I call them, this can get worse
for you.” Yeonjin threatens Dongeun and all traces of anger in her voice settle into something light
and soft and calm. Dangerous.

Dongeun doesn’t seem to be smart enough to know where she’s getting into, because she lifts her
chin, challenging. “I am not afraid of you when we are alone. I know that without your friends, you
are nothing.”

Ah.

This is pissing her off.

“Are you trying to act brave? It doesn’t really suit you well.” Yeonjin growls, slapping Dongeun’s
cheek slightly. It’s not hard enough to hurt her, but works as a warning.

Dongeun doesn’t even flinch, she just looks into her eyes. “What are you going to do? Slap me?
It’s nothing you haven’t done before.”

There’s no way Dongeun is provoking her this way. She really has to be some kind of masochist.

Yeonjin takes a breath to calm herself and stares at Dongeun. It seems like she still doesn’t know
the difference between them. Yeonjin has to look down to meet her eyes, while Dongeun has to lift
her gaze every time she talks to her. That’s the nature of their relationship. That’s how they work.
No matter if Dongeun tries to lift her chin and act all brave, she will always be below her.

“Maybe I’ll do that.” Yeonjin snaps back, pushing Dongeun back. “You’re almost asking for it.
I’m starting to think you enjoy it.”

Dongeun takes a step back. “You’re so full of yourself. You’re sick if you think that.”

“Well, I can’t find another answer of why you keep pissing me off.” Yeonjin takes another step
forward, making Dongeun take a step back. “Do you have a crush on me?”

Dongeun laughs for the first time since they met. A dry and graceless laugh. “I think you’re the
one with a crush on me. A fat crush, actually.”
Something about it makes Yeonjin feel nauseated. A crush on Dongeun? That’s fucking ridiculous.

“What the hell are you talking about?”

“You’re not discreet. I used to catch you staring at me all the time. At first, I tried to ignore it, but
then you started bullying me. And I thought it was a coincidence, but now I’m really starting to
believe you’re obsessed over me.”

Yeonjin freezes for a couple of seconds, because even if she hates to admit it, Dongeun is
kinda right. Then, her second reaction is to panic and let out a fake laugh, because there’s no way
she’s going to let Dongeun know she’s right.

“You’re talking shit,” Yeonjin snaps and pushes Dongeun again, making her back hit the stage of
the gym. “You’re crazy if you think that. You’re the last person on earth I could be interested in.
Seriously, I think you’re the one full of yourself because how can you think someone like me
would be interested in some like you?”

“I’m just making an assumption.” Dongeun answers, and she still tries to act all brave and
confident, like Yeonjin can’t easily ruin her life. “I just think it’s weird that you’re so obsessed over
me.”

“Didn’t I already tell you the answer? It’s fun to bully you.” Yeonjin fakes another laugh, and she
knows she sounds very defensive, but she can’t help it. All this discussion is getting on her nerves.

How the hell did they get here?

“I’m not even into women.” Yeonjin defends herself, taking another step until her body presses
Dongeun’s against the stage. “I am not a weirdo like you.”

Dongeun swallows, and only then does Yeonjin realize how close she is, so close that she can hear
Dongeun’s breath.

“Then why are you looking at my mouth?”

Yeonjin blinks and oh, she didn’t realize she was doing it. Sometimes it’s almost automatic. It’s not
her fault that Dongeun's lips are so chapped and dry all the time. Sometimes Yeonjin just wants to
lend her some lip balm. It’s not like it’s anything else. Dongeun just makes Yeonjin easily lose her
concentration and find herself diverting her attention to other things, like her legs or face.

“See? You’re still doing it.” Dongeun murmurs, and Yeonjin is too angry and flustered to notice a
few things, like the way Dongeun keeps gulping and her breathing is hot and heavy.

“Shut up, or I’ll make you shut your mouth.” Yeonjin grunts, grabbing a handful of Dongeun’s
uniform tightly.

Dongeun licks her lips and looks straight into her eyes without any fear. “Make me.”

And as easy as that, Yeonjin explodes like she always does. Except, this time she doesn’t slap
Dongeun and instead, she crashes their lips together roughly and fiercely like she’s trying to hurt
Dongeun.

It’s nothing nice. Kissing Dongeun is an assault. Yeonjin lays into Dongeun with everything she’s
got– teeth and nails and tongue and burning skin. It’s like she’s trying to rip Dongeun apart and
devour her alive, and apparently it’s such a shock to Dongeun’s system that she freezes in place.
Her resistance only enrages Yeonjin further. So she grabs Dongeun’s uniform tighter and slams her
against the stage so hard the sound of her back hitting the hard material echoes in the gym.

A groan of pain escapes Dongeun’s mouth, but it’s quickly swallowed by Yeonjin’s slippery and
hungry mouth. “Kiss me back, you coward,” she snarls into Dongeun’s mouth, and the rage in her
voice is enough to snap Dongeun out of her mind.

The reaction is immediate because Dongeun holds onto her for support desperately as Yeonjin pins
her in place. Dongeun’s hands don’t seem to know where to move, clinging to Yeonjin’s uniform
and then finding their place at the back of Yeonjin’s neck, urging her to bring her head down.

Dongeun’s always dry and broken lips are wet, shiny and parting in such a way that’s clearly
encouraging Yeonjin to kiss her again. And for the first time, Yeonjin is good and pleases her,
pushing her tongue into Dongeun’s mouth and licking up behind her teeth, filthy and wet.

Everything about this is new. New for both. It’s sloppy and rough, with lots of spit and teeth, like
they’re both kissing for the first time with the desperation of two horny and virgin teenagers.

And the thing is, Yeonjin has experience in kissing. But she’s never bent down like this to kiss
someone shorter than her, and she’s never pinned someone against a wall. She’s never kissed
someone she hates like this, and she’s never felt so desperate to taste someone’s mouth like now.
Above all, Yeonjin has never kissed a girl. And the weird thing is that she’s enjoying it.

This feels good, like finally giving in, like a sudden release of tension, snapping and flowing
through her body. Kissing Dongeun feels so fucking good. Yeonjin feels like she could keep doing
this forever.

So when Dongeun pulls back slightly to gasp for air, it’s like a second nature for Yeonjin to lean
forward to chase her, slotting their lips together again with need and hunger. Yeonjin licks into
Dongeun’s mouth, tastes her desperation like something palpable and sucks the bruised flesh back
into her mouth, their breathing growing heavier.

Yeonjin kisses Dongeun like an angry woman, harshly and desperately, which is ironic because
Dongeun’s mouth is softer than anything she could have imagined.

None of them seem to be thinking, full of adrenaline and desire. Dongeun groans into her mouth,
rising on tiptoes to deep the kiss. And instinctively, Yeonjin puts her hands on Dongeun’s waist,
digging bruises with her fingers into Dongeun’s hip and biting her already reddened lip hard
enough to draw blood. Dongeun hisses and complains about it, but Yeonjin just grins and got her in
a deep kiss once again, mouths melding together to savour the saliva and the iron taste of blood.

Yeonjin has no qualms about using teeth and inflicting pain, so she slams Dongeun back against
the stage again, swipes her tongue over Dongeun’s bottom lip and licks at the blood. It probably
makes the small wound sting because Dongeun’s jaw goes slack when Yeonjin suck the blood
from her lips and taste it like an old and expensive wine. Maybe it’s sick, but Dongeun’s blood is
fucking sweet and tasty.

Everything is wild. Primitive. Feral. Dongeun is squirming and blushing a violent red, so weak for
her that Yeonjin revel in the twisted sexual victory.

Yeonjin pulls apart to catch her breath, and the first thing she sees is Dongeun’s broken lip
bleeding. Then she notices that there’s a dark flush blooming all the way from Dongeun’s cheeks
down past her neck. Then she hears the way Dongeun is panting and breathing heavy.
There are a lot of things Yeonjin is thinking and feeling, a lot of things she wants to say. But the
only thing that goes out of her mouth is, “Tell someone about this, and you’re dead.”

Dongeun gulps and answers in a tiny, breathless voice, “Okay.” And compared to before when she
was so brave and challenging, now she only looks dizzy and weak. Yeonjin likes it.

For a moment none of them say anything. Both lost in their own thoughts.

Yeonjin is the first one to react and recoil, taking a deep breath as she struggles to compose herself.
She fixes her clothes and after running her cold hands over her face in an attempt to cool the heat
on her cheeks, she heads towards the gym entrance. Of course, not before taking one last look at
Dongeun, who only stands in her place without even looking at her.

It seems like a lot is going on in Dongeun’s mind. But that’s not her problem. Yeonjin feels like her
head is going to explode, and she’s afraid that if she stays here, she’s going to kiss Dongeun again.
Yeonjin just needs to cool her mind and go somewhere else fast, so she can pretend this didn’t
happen and forget about the feeling of Dongeun’s mouth.

Yeah, that sounds right.

Yeonjin takes another deep breath and then yells at Hyejeong to open the door of the gym.

“So? What happened?” Is the first thing Hyejeong asks as soon Yeonjin gets out. And God, she’s
always so damn nosy.

“I’m bored. Let’s go to a karaoke place after class.” Yeonjin suggest, stretching her arms behind
her head and starting to walk without looking back. She tries to act nonchalant, as if nothing
happened, as if she hadn’t kissed Moon Dongeun, the fucking girl they’ve bullying for months.
Yeonjin just hopes the blush on her face doesn’t give her away.

“Come on, tell us what happened, Yeonjin.” Sara begs, following her. “I want to hear everything.”

Yeonjin just keeps walking without saying a word.

No matter how hard she tried, Yeonjin can’t stop thinking about the kiss. Which is already a big
problem, but the thing is, there’s another problem that surprisingly it’s worrying her more, and
that’s the fact Dongeun is fucking ignoring her these days.

And okay, Yeonjin was also avoiding her at first, but it’s been a week since the kiss accident
happened, and she can’t stand Dongeun’s lack of attention on her. It’s pure torture, that’s what it is.
Yeonjin had already gotten used to interacting with Dongeun at least once a day, and now it’s like
the old days when Dongeun was indifferent and never looked at her. The difference is that now
Yeonjin knows how it feels to have Dongeun’s attention, so this is pisses her off more than before.

Yeonjin can admit that, in part, this is her fault. She knows she shouldn’t have kissed Dongeun, but
she was pissed as hell, and she’d had the same burst of manic confidence she always has when
she’s mad. Now as a consequence, Dongeun is being a coward bitch and avoiding her all the time,
and Yeonjin feels like her heart is pumping pure anger through every one of her veins and arteries.

All that fucking kiss did was make things worse for herself, because now Yeonjin knows how
good Dongeun’s mouth taste and how soft her skin feels and how pretty she sounds when she’s
breathless and needy.

It’s driving her insane.

This whole situation is making Yeonjin lose her mind.

If before Dongeun was a recurring thought, now she is all Yeonjin can think about. She spends
what must be an unhealthy amount of time replaying that kiss in her mind over and over again and
imagining different scenarios about how she could kiss Dongeun again.

It makes feel sick, all this situation. Dongeun just makes her feel so frustrated all the time, so
violent and unhinged.

Sometimes all Yeonjin want to do is hurt Dongeun till she became all Dongeun can think about.
Yeonjin just wants Dongeun to think about her as much as she does and suffer for it. It’s a valid
wish, because most of the time Dongeun makes Yeonjin want to break everything within her reach
and skin herself alive and scream until her vocal cords tear. So it’s okay for Yeonjin to torture
Dongeun as much as Dongeun tortures her, even if she is not aware of what she does to Yeonjin.

Dongeun just makes her feel so crazy. It’s a feeling she didn’t feel with Sohee. Maybe because
Sohee was more docile, and she didn’t have the audacity to challenge her, while Dongeun is a
fucking proud brat who never knows how to shut up and who doesn’t know her place.

Yeonjin thought it wasn’t possible, but after the kiss, everything got worse. Because her shitty
temper and anger issues are getting harder to control this week. On top of all that, P.E classes are
fucking annoying, so today Yeonjin is more irritated than the previous days.

Usually she never does anything, but especially this day she doesn’t want to even stand there and
pretend she’s doing something. So Yeonjin lied to the teacher about being sick, and he let her sit
and do nothing.

Then Sara and Hyejeong used the same excuse because they are lazy as fuck. And as a
consequence now Yeonjin has to pretend that she is listening to them talk about whatever they are
talking about when in reality all she wants to do is kill them so she can have a moment of silence.
Fucking great.

“Look at Dongeun.” Sara says with a giggle, and the mention of the name, makes Yeonjin
suddenly be interested in the conversation. “What happened to her lip?”

Hyejeong scoffs. “I bet it’s Myeong-oh’s fault.”

Yeonjin rolls her eyes. “It’s actually my fault,” she admits with disinterest. After all, it’s a truth.
They just don’t need to know how she did that.

The thought makes Yeonjin remember the kiss. It’s like she can taste the blood pouring from
Dongeun’s pouty, full lips, and feel the way Dongeun’s hot and soft body gets presses between her
body and the stage. If she really gets into it, Yeonjin can reproduce the moment like a vivid
memory, she can hear Dongeun’s groans falling into her mouth and feel her warm and wet tongue
in–
“You’re so mean.” Hyejeong laughs, pulling Yeonjin out of her thoughts. Oh, right. They are still
talking. “Is that what you did when you were alone with her?”

“Mmm.” Yeonjin answers without much encouragement to have this conversation.

“That explains why Dongeun is avoiding you so much.” Sara remarks and giggles, taking a look
behind Yeonjin.

Yeonjin turns around and follows Sara’s gaze until she lands on Dongeun, who at twenty feet away
is running in her P.E uniform.

Dongeun looks tired and after a couple of seconds she stops to take a breath. Her hands fall on her
knees and her eyes are hidden by her hair for a moment until she looks up and accidentally makes
eye contact with Yeonjin. Yeonjin’s heart starts beating fast because of it and she doesn’t
understand it. The moment doesn’t last long enough to analyze her reaction anyway, because
Dongeun quickly looks away and starts running again.

Yeonjin clicks her tongue and turns her gaze back to the girls. Ah, this is fucking frustrating.

And it must be obvious, because Hyejeong asks, “Do you want us to do something, so she stops
avoiding you?”

Damn. Sometimes Yeonjin hates being transparent when she’s upset. “No,” she says, shaking her
head. This is a question of power. Yeonjin has to be the one in control of the situation, and she can
only do that by forcing Dongeun to talk about what happened. It shouldn’t mean anything, she just
needs to make Dongeun understand nothing has changed between them. It was the fault of the heat
of the moment, and none of them were thinking. The fact they kissed doesn’t mean she has to be
more kind to Dongeun. “I’m going to talk with her after P.E. I want to take matters into my own
hands.”

Hyejeong pretends to shudder. “Oh, that’s scary.”

Sara makes a gesture of praying. “I’m going to pray for Dongeun.”

Yeonjin rolls her eyes. Sometimes she hates both of them.

In the rest of the P.E class Yeonjin is impatient, spacing out and staring at Dongeun. She’s not
discreet at all, and that’s her intention. She wants Dongeun to know that they’re going to talk, no
matter if she wants to or no.

Apparently, Dongeun seems to get the message, because as soon as the class end, she blends in
with the rest of the students and tries to run away. However, she can barely get halfway through the
gym before Yeonjin catches her, grabbing her by her wrist.

“Running away from me?” Yeonjin asks, raising her eyebrow. Dongeun tries to break free of her
grip, but Yeonjin is grabbing her hand hard enough to only let Dongeun barely twist her hand.
“Yes. Now let me go, I have another class.” Dongeun complains under her breath, and she doesn’t
even look up from the ground to meet Yeonjin’s eyes.

“Don’t piss me off so early in the morning. I’m here because I want to talk with you.” Yeonjin
hisses.

The gym at this point is almost empty and the people around them seem to be ignoring their
conversation. But Yeonjin doesn’t want to risk to someone accidentally hear about this and spread
the rumor that she kissed Dongeun. The mere thought makes Yeonjin flinch.

“Talk about what?” Dongeun mumbles.

“You know about what we need to talk.” Yeonjin rolls her eyes. “And don’t you dare answer with
another question because I’m going to slap you so hard you’re going to forget your name.”

Dongeun huffs out and looks into her eyes. “What do you want me to say? You were the one
who–”

“Shut up.” Yeonjin snarls, looking around to make sure no one is listening.

Dongeun open her mouth to refute that, but Yeonjin doesn’t let her speak again before she drags
her across the gym to the room where the P.E teacher keeps the mats.

“Now we can talk.” Yeonjin sighs as she closes the room door and leans back against it. Her gaze
falls on Dongeun then, and she crosses her arms with a frown. “You’ve been avoiding me. That’s
what I want to talk about.”

“You didn’t do anything to stop it, so I thought it was okay.” Dongeun explains, standing
awkwardly in front of her. Yeonjin only looks at her in a way that says explain yourself, and
Dongeun presses her lips, frustrated. “I just felt weird after that, okay? It was too sudden, and I was
confused, and then I started avoiding you because I didn’t want you to think that just because we
did that I like you or something like that.”

Yeonjin feels anger swell in her chest. Dongeun is rejecting her? Moon Dongeun, of all the people
in school, is indirectly rejecting her?

This isn’t going to end well.

“See? You keep pissing me off on purpose.” Yeonjin taps her shoe on the ground in frustration.
“Why do you assume I like you, you fucking loser? I told you I’m not into women and even if I
was a man, you’d be the last girl I’d be interested in. Seriously, you don’t get it? I’m rich and
pretty, and you’re, well, you’re a–”

“You were the one who kissed me!” Dongeun cuts her off, and her arms are visibly tensed. Jaw
strained like she’s grinding her teeth into nothing but little nubs. “I don’t know why you act so
arrogant and disgusted by the idea of liking me, when you kissed me.”

“I was angry!” Yeonjin yells, taking a step towards Dongeun. “And you kissed me back! You were
literally clinging to me desperately and moaning into my mouth, don’t you remember that,
Dongeun?”

“It was my first kiss! I didn’t know what to do and I got lost in it easily.” Dongeun defends herself.
And she keeps talking, but Yeonjin stops hearing her after the first sentence, because Dongeun just
admitted she was the first to kiss her.
Shit. She was Dongeun’s first kiss.

Yeonjin doesn’t get why she’s feeling so happy about it, but there’s something about being the
first person to kiss Dongeun that feels good. Maybe because it’s a memorable memory and
Dongeun will always remember it as her first kiss, no matter how hard she tries to forget it.

The first kiss is not forgotten, maybe the second and the third yes, but never the first.

Yeonjin’s first kiss was with Jaejun. It was in his house and his parents were on a business trip, so
they were both alone. Considering they were both horny and desperate teenagers, it was obvious
after a few drinks, something like that could happen. Yeonjin remembers how she sat on Jaejun’s
lap and wrapped her arms around his neck, how Jaejun kissed her with so many need.

Her first kiss wasn’t anything romantic or special, and now that Yeonjin thinks about it, it didn’t
feel as explosive and hot like her kiss with Dongeun.

“In any case, you’re still the one who started it all.” Dongeun continues, and Yeonjin come back to
reality after she hears that. “I don’t even know where are you trying to come with this
conversation.”

“I’m just trying to make you know that this doesn’t change anything between us.” Yeonjin hisses,
and she can feel her blood begin to boil, an actual searing heat starting from inside, radiating
through her pores. It’s partly because of how close she is to Dongeun, close enough the warmth of
their bodies mix together in the tight space around them. But also, mostly because Dongeun always
know how to piss her off till the point of making Yeonjin want to punch her in the face.

“I get it. Nothing changed.” Dongeun says with a huff.

“It was just a meaningless kiss.” Yeonjin reminds her.

“Yes, that’s what it was.”

“And that is never going to happen again.”

“Great. Can I go to my class now?”

“Stop acting so indifferent. It’s fucking annoying." Yeonjin snarls, feeling frustrated and angry, and
not really understanding why. Maybe it’s because she wants another reaction from Dongeun, like
seeing her begging and crying for another kiss, or just anything more interesting than this. Yeonjin
just wants a real reaction from Dongeun.

“What do you want me to say?!” Dongeun yells, and Yeonjin realizes she prefers Dongeun like
this, when she’s rile up and full of emotions. Yeonjin prefers Dongeun when she’s mad and sad
and weak, when she’s being desperate and pathetic and vulnerable, when she’s needy and panting,
and moaning in her mouth and– oh. Oh, damn. Yeonjin really enjoyed kissing Dongeun, she really
enjoyed seeing her so weak for her mouth. And that makes her realize how much she wants to see
Dongeun like that again. “I don’t understand you at all! You’re so–”

It happens too fast. One second, Yeonjin is staring at Dongeun’s mouth and the next, she thinks
fuck it and cuts Dongeun off with a kiss that is surprisingly reciprocated with the same fierce and
perplexingly desperation.

The next thing she knows, Dongeun’s got a hand around the back of her neck, pulling her in, and
Yeonjin’s got her hands gripped tightly on Dongeun’s waist, fingers curling, nails trying to dig into
flesh through her shirt. Yeonjin’s teeth press against Dongeun’s lips, and Dongeun makes a sound
of pain that sounds like music in her ears.

The kiss is as violent as the first one, teeth clacking as they force their mouths together and tongues
deeper into each other’s mouths, hot heavy breaths and greedy hands that don’t stay idle for long.

Yeonjin pushes against Dongeun until the crook of Dongeun’s knees hit a table and she falls back
to sit. And soon her hands rest on Dongeun’s hips, pulling her closer, closer, till Dongeun wraps
her legs around Yeonjin’s waist and their bodies are pressed against each other and there’s no room
to move without further tangling themselves together.

For a moment all Yeonjin can feel is heat, overwhelming heat as Dongeun’s breath gets a little
more erratic and Yeonjin’s mouth pries Dongeun’s open a little farther. And God, Dongeun’s
mouth is fucking addictive. Yeonjin doesn’t seem to get enough of it.

So, of course, she feels incredibly frustrated when Dongeun’s chest heaves and she leans back
against the wall behind the table, catching her breath.

“W-what are we doing?” Dongeun asks breathless. “I thought you said–”

“Shut the fuck up.” Yeonjin cuts her off, and she doesn’t give Dongeun a chance to respond before
she’s kissing her again.

Yeonjin is rough when she gets her hands on Dongeun, rough when she kisses her. Teeth on lips,
tongue forcing Dongeun’s mouth open before she goes down to kiss Dongeun’s jaw and lick the
side of her neck. Her skin is warm and tastes like sweat, and instead of finding it nasty, Yeonjin
likes it.

“Yeonjin–ah–can you–oh my God– can you let me speak?”

“For what?” Yeonjin whispers against the sensitive skin of Dongeun’s neck.

“For what?” Dongeun repeats, outraged. Yeonjin looks up to meet their eyes and God, Dongeun
looks like a damn mess, with mussed hair, flushed skin and shaky legs. “We are kissing, again.”

“Mmm. I noticed it.” Yeonjin murmurs, leaving a kiss on the pulse point on Dongeun’s neck
before she makes her way down. “And you’re really enjoying it.”

“W-what?”

Yeonjin sucks Dongeun in a spot on her collarbone and then licks at the tiny hickey, making
Dongeun shake. “Don’t try to play dumb. I know you also want this. Just look the way your body
is reacting.”

Dongeun groans. “You still didn't answer my question. What are we doing?”

“I don’t fucking know, Dongeun. Can you just shut up? It’s better if we don’t talk about this. It
makes things easier.” Yeonjin grunts, because she really doesn’t want to talk about what they’re
doing.

Her mind is just a haze of burning need, and she’s too dazed and disoriented to listen to whatever
Dongeun keep saying– and God, she really wants Dongeun to shut her mouth.

Yeonjin rolls her eyes and does the smartest thing she can think of: blurt out the first lie that comes
out of her mind, “I mean, I used to do this with Jaejun, but he’s too busy doing this with more girls,
and honestly, I don’t like to share. So I guess I’m using you because I’m bored and horny. Does
that answer your question?”

“Bitch.” Dongeun mutter under her breath, and groans in pain when Yeonjin bites into her
shoulder hard.

“Don’t try to act like you’re not enjoying it.” Yeonjin laughs at the sound of Dongeun breaking
into another groan when Yeonjin licks the mark she left with her teeth before. “No one needs to
know about this. It can be our secret. It better be our secret,” her voice takes on a threatening tone
in the last part. “You really don’t want to know what I’m capable of doing if you tell someone
about this.”

Dongeun is silent for a moment, only panting and breathing heavy. Then she huffs out and says, “I
am not going to tell anyone about this. It’s not like I want people to know I’m doing this with you
anyway.”

“Good,” Yeonjin murmurs in Dongeun’s ear, biting lightly at her earlobe before nosing down her
cheek and then mouthing at Dongeun’s jaw. “Now... where we were?”

Under her, Dongeun shudders and Yeonjin smiles.

Maybe she can get used to this new method of torture.

It happens a third time and a fourth time and a fifth time. More times than Yeonjin is proud to
admit.

It always goes the same way: Dongeun makes something to piss her off and Yeonjin reacts,
pushing Dongeun against anything she can lean on before she’s crashing their mouths together.

Their kisses always have the same intensity and violence, like they’re taking out all their mutual
hatred and resentment every time they kiss. It’s so intense. Yeonjin doesn’t think she can get
enough of the adrenaline rush she feels every time she has Dongeun moaning inside her mouth. It’s
almost an addiction now, like smoking. Yeonjin just tried it once, and before she could realize it, it
became a habit hard to get riding of.

Her mother would probably kill her if she knows she smokes, but she would also kill her if she
knows Yeonjin spends her school days making out with a girl instead of studying. Although, she
doesn’t really care what her mother thinks. Yeonjin has already given up and accepted that
smoking and kissing Moon Dongeun are her most unhealthy habits.

There is not a day when Yeonjin isn’t slamming Dongeun up against the hard metal of the lockers
of the girl’s lockers room and swallowing Dongeun’s groans with her own mouth. Or sneaking
Dongeun into the gym to kiss her until Dongeun can’t breathe anymore.

At this point, Yeonjin has kissed Dongeun so many times, she doubts Dongeun is ever going to
forget the taste of her mouth. It’s gratifying. Yeonjin wants Dongeun to memorize the feel of
Yeonjin’s lips and tongue till the point she can’t think about anything but her mouth, even if she’s
kissing someone else. Which is something that Yeonjin doesn’t really want to happen because the
mere thought of Dongeun kissing someone else makes her want to throw up.

There’s nothing strange about it. Yeonjin has always been possessive by nature. Maybe it’s
because she’s an only child, but it has always been a truth that she hates sharing her things.
Dongeun’s mouth is hers right now, so it makes sense for her to be possessive about it. After all,
Yeonjin was the first to taste Dongeun’s lips, so she has the right to claim them as her own.

It doesn’t mean anything too deep, it’s just an instinct. Dongeun is only a toy Yeonjin uses
whenever she’s bored and stressed. It doesn’t mean she is into women if there are no feelings
involved, so she’s still straight even if she kisses Dongeun.

Besides, nothing in their dynamic has changed since they started kissing. Dongeun is still
Dongeun, and Yeonjin is still Yeonjin. They’re never going to be equal, not even in this.

Kissing is just a form of dominance and control, like bullying Dongeun– just that instead of using
her fists, she uses her mouth and instead of slapping her, Yeonjin slides her tongue into Dongeun’s
mouth and gets her hands in her whole body with desperation.

It’s simple.

Yeonjin loves to corner Dongeun into janitor closets every chance she has.

It always smells like lemon disinfectant, old water and rusted iron, and it’s also weirdly cold and
stuffy, but at least it guarantees them privacy unlike the gym and the girl’s lockers room.

“You took longer than usual to get out of class.” Yeonjin grumbles against Dongeun’s mouth when
they pull apart to breath. It’s a claim, of course it is.

Yeonjin had been waiting for Dongeun for more than five minutes only to see Dongeun walking
out of her class with a girl that Yeonjin never saw before. It obviously bothered her, so as soon as
Dongeun said goodbye to the girl and the corridors emptied, Yeonjin dragged Dongeun to the
janitor’s closet, pushed her against the wall and kissed her without asking for permission.

Dongeun almost never has a say in the matter when Yeonjin is kissing her and touching her, and
that’s exactly what Yeonjin likes about this so much. For a moment, Dongeun finally stops
fighting and just gives up easily. It’s like Dongeun loses her pride and dignity every time they are
close like this, and Yeonjin lives for it.

Although, that’s not the important thing right now. Yeonjin is still fucking mad at Dongeun for
what she did.

“What you were doing so much with that girl?” Yeonjin asks without hiding the pettiness in her
voice.

“Talking.” Dongeun answers simply, leaning her head against the wall behind her without being
aware of the way Yeonjin is glaring at her like she wants to kill someone.
“Mmmh, is that so?” Yeonjin murmurs, burying her nose in the crook of Dongeun’s neck and
drawing out a long breath as she savors Dongeun’s shudders. Her mouth slides up to breathe
against Dongeun’s. “Talking about what?”

Dongeun pants softly, head bowing slightly as her lips search for Yeonjin’s heated mouth like she
needs it to breathe. Dongeun’s weak moans are probably Yeonjin’s second favorite thing about
this. The first is obviously manhandling Dongeun, because it’s exactly all her aggressiveness and
roughness what brings those sweet and desperate sounds out of Dongeun’s mouth.

So Yeonjin fulfills herself a personal whim and pushes Dongeun further into the wall, plastering
their bodies so close together that Dongeun can’t help but whimper in response.

By instinct, Dongeun throws her arms around Yeonjin’s neck and drags her closer until they’re
moaning into each other’s mouths, their kisses far too wet and desperate for a little lunch break.

They are probably going to look like a mess in the next class. Which is going to be complicated to
explain, considering is already hard enough to Yeonjin explaining to her friends why she
disappears so much at the same time as Dongeun. Her excuses are already sounding repetitive, and
Yeonjin doesn’t know how much longer they will be able to keep doing this secretly from the rest.

The only thing Yeonjin is sure right now is that she’s surely going to need to spend a long moment
in the bathroom before coming back to class.

“Talking about what?” Yeonjin reiterates, lips a mere breath away. “The conversation was
important enough to come late?”

Dongeun catches her breath and shakes her head, oblivious to the situation. “She just asked me for
the notes I took in class. That’s it.”

“And it took you more than five minutes to do that?”

“I explained to her some of the exercises that she did not understand.” Dongeun explains, her
swollen and bitten lips shining with saliva.

Yeonjin is about to argue that, but before she can open her mouth to complain, the bell rings.

“You were saved by the bell, Moon Dongeun,” she squints her eyes, moving away. “Next time,
don’t came so late. I don’t care if someone talks to you, just ignore them.”

Dongeun fixes her scruffy uniform, and nods with a huff of annoyance. “Okay, okay. But the main
reason I took so long was because she wanted to take some photos of my notes. We weren’t talking
that much.”

Yeonjin opens her mouth, ready to complain about it. But then she processes Dongeun’s last words
and a light goes on in her head, making her quickly forget the reason she was so mad at first.

How could she not think that idea before?

“Give me your phone.” Yeonjin suddenly demands, stretching out her hand towards Dongeun like
she’s expecting her to give her the phone.

Dongeun blinks, confused. “What?”

“I said, give me your phone.” Yeonjin repeats more firmly. “I know you bring it with you. I felt it
on your pocket, don’t try to lie to me.”
“But why should I do it?” Dongeun asks, unsure.

“Just do it and stop with the questions.” Yeonjin grumbles, stomping on the ground impatiently.
“Why do you always like to make me feel impatient?”

Dongeun presses her lips together, still unsure, but at the end she gives out with a sigh, pulling her
phone out of her uniform. She giving it to Yeonjin, who grabs it with a smile and turns it on.
“Please, don’t do anything weird. Phones are expensive, and I know you can buy one every day if
you want, but I–”

“God, you never know to shut up.” Yeonjin cuts her off with a taunting tone. After adding her own
number to Dongeun’s contacts and sending a text to herself, she hands the phone back to Dongeun.

“What is this?” Dongeun asks, looking at the screen of the phone with confusion.

“My number.” Yeonjin explains, pulling out her own phone to save Dongeun’s number.

Dongeun blinks, like she needs more explanation.

Yeonjin rolls her eyes. “Kissing at school is fine, but it’s also risky and uncomfortable, so it would
be better if we could text to see each other. That way you wouldn’t leave me waiting again like
today.”

“Okay, damn, I’m not going to do it again.” Dongeun huffs out, seeming tired of this discussion.
Her expression softens then, as if she’s nervous. “So, uh, are you going to text me?”

“Only in the days when I’m bored or needy,” Yeonjin answers, hiding her phone back in the pocket
of her uniform. “You better reply quickly, you know I hate to wait.”

Dongeun nods, and licks her lips. “I’ll try to do it.”

Yeonjin crosses arms, squinting at Dongeun. “Don’t get me wrong. I actually don’t want to talk to
you,” she explains condescendingly. “I’ll only text you when it’s necessary, so don’t send me a
message unless I do it first.”

Dongeun looks like she’s holding herself back from rolling her eyes really hard, and after a few
seconds, she answers, “Understood. Do you have another condition, ma’am?”

Yeonjin notices the mocking tone in Dongeun’s voice, but she lets it go only for today because
they are about to run late for class. Later, she will find a way to punish Dongeun for the comment.
“No. That’s it.”

Dongeun nods and with that, Yeonjin leaves the janitor’s closet, followed by Dongeun.

Thank heavens, the corridors are completely empty.

The next day, she sends a text to Dongeun in the middle of the class. Dongeun’s phone vibrates,
and luckily no one except Yeonjin hears it.
Yeonjin glances sideways at Dongeun and catches a glimpse of her quickly hiding her phone after
reading the text. She frowns at that and sends another message to Dongeun, and then another and
another, until the coward of Dongeun has no choice but to pull out her phone and read the texts.

park yeonjin
lunch break, janitor’s room
don’t be late this time
don’t ignore me
don’t ignore me
read the texts or im going to kill u right here

Dongeun reads the text and shoots Yeonjin a tired look. Then her gaze comes back to her phone
and her fingers starts to type under her desk.

moon dongeun
okay!!! i get it!!
see you in lunch break

Yeonjin looks to her side and shares a look with Dongeun, who just rolls her eyes before returning
her attention to the chalkboard. Yeonjin holds a laugh and hides her phone as well, leaning back on
the chair with a smile playing in her lips.
