    Effective Today, September 22, 2023, the only signatory in securing Gate Pass is the
    undersigned. In my absence, Ms. Mary Joy San Buenaventura, will sign the Gate Pass.

    Your failure to check any staff leaving the office even in the performance of its official
    function without the Gate Pass, Scads will be solidarily liable due to neglect of your
    duty. .
