AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

I, RUTH SARAH N. LIM, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, after being sworn in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state, that:

1. I am executing this affidavit to attest that the Non-VAT

Acknowledgement Receipt No. 0189823 dated 11/14/19 issued by
Filinvest Land, Inc. can no longer be found;

2. I kept the foregoing receipt in a brown envelope along with other

documents;

3. However, when I recently checked the said envelope, the subject receipt
was no longer there;

4. Despite diligent search and exerting effort to locate said

Acknowledgement Receipt, I could not find it anymore such that I now
believe that it is now lost and beyond recovery;

5. As such, I am executing this Affidavit of Loss to attest to the truth of the

foregoing, and for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
