DEED OF REVOCATION

OF WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, JULIA A. CARO, BERNARDITA E. ALCORAN, BENEDICTA A. DURAN,

and FIDEL ALVIOLA, all of legal age, Filipinos, with residence and postal address at
Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereby depose under oath and say that:

WITNESSETH THAT:

We are the heirs of Potenciano Alviola who is a co-owner of Lot No. 4633 located
in Barangay Cantil-e, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, with an area of Thirty-Eight
Thousand Sixty-Seven (38, 067) Square Meters.

On 24 October 2017, Julia A. Caro, Lydia Empanto who is the predecessor-in-

interest of Bernadita A. Alcoran, Benedicta A. Duran, and Fidel Alviola executed an
Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Partition before Atty. Rilt Renart G. Dorado
which document is designated as Doc No. 575, Page No. 104, Book No. 23, Series of
2017.

We do hereby revoke, avoid, and cancel the Waiver executed by Julia A. Caro,
Lydia Empanto, Benedicta A. Duran, and Fidel Alviola in favor of Liberato A. Loyloy
found in the foregoing Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Partition.

By virtue of this Revocation, our shares waived in favor of Liberato A. Loyloy

shall be returned to common property.
