How To Pay Bills Through Personal Metrobank Direct?

Below are the steps on how to pay your bills online using MetrobankDirect. This works if you have an
existing account in Metrobank and have already applied for a Metrobank Direct account.

Step 1. Go to Metrobank website (www.metrobank.com.ph)

Step2. Click the log in button for Personal Internet Banking.

Step 3. Log in to Metrobankdirect using your username and password.

Step 4. Go to Pay Bills link at the left side.

Step 5. Select “UTILITIES” in the category drop-down list then select “MERALCO” biller. For Subscriber
Number field, enter your 16-digit ATM/Phone Reference No. that is located at the lower left portion of
your Meralco bill.

Step 6. Select account to debit. Enter the exact amount to pay. Select payment type. (a. Immediate –
Account will be debited on the same date; b. Scheduled – Account will be debited on the date
specified). Then click continue.

Step 7. Check the transaction details before selecting the Confirm button.
Step 8. After selecting the Confirm button, Metrobankdirect will prompt the transaction
acknowledgment and the summary of your payment. You can print this page using the print button
below to have a hard copy of your transaction acknowledgment.
