The Computers Evolution

The modern world owes part of its evolution to computers, since through them the level
of economic, electronic and cultural development approaches more quickly. For a long
time humanity lacked an instrument to help it process and archive information.
Since the beginning of humanity, man has sought ways to simplify and optimize his daily
activities. This need has led to the creation of numerous inventions, including
computers.
The first computers were created more than 2,000 years ago, although back then they
were very simple devices. With the passage of time and the advancement of technology,
computers have evolved into the sophisticated devices they are today.
At this point, the evolution of computers is usually categorized into 6 generations that
were the first machines used and we can say that the most important, Until the
powerful modern machines that we have today.

Thus, the First generation of Vacuum Tube Computers, Second generation of Solid State
Computers with transistors, Third Generation of Solid State Computers with Integrated
Circuits, Fourth generation, Solid State Computers with microprocessors, Fifth
generation of Quantum Computing. Artificial intelligence, Sixth, seventh and eighth
generation, some authors even take the evolution of computers beyond our days.
Since their invention, computers have evolved at an astonishing rate. This is mainly due
to the need of human beings to have a machine that helps them perform more and
more tasks more efficiently.

The evolution of computers is mainly due to advances in semiconductor technology,

which have allowed ever smaller and more efficient chips to be manufactured.
As computers have gotten smaller, more powerful, and more versatile, they have
become an essential part of our lives. And that's because the goal of computers is to
simplify our lives and make them more efficient. As the world changes and becomes
more complex, computers must also evolve to keep up.

La evolución de las computadoras
El mundo moderno le debe parte de su evolución a las computadoras, ya que a través de ellas
el nivel de desarrollo tanto económico, electrónico como cultural se acerque de forma más
rápida. Por mucho tiempo la humanidad careció de un instrumento que lo ayude a procesar y
archivar información.

Desde los inicios de la humanidad, el hombre ha buscado formas de simplificar y

optimizar sus actividades cotidianas. Esta necesidad ha dado lugar a la creación de
numerosos inventos, entre los que se encuentran las computadoras.

Las primeras computadoras fueron creadas hace más de 2000 años, aunque en aquel
entonces se trataba de dispositivos muy sencillos. Con el paso del tiempo y el avance
de la tecnología, las computadoras fueron evolucionando hasta convertirse en los
sofisticados dispositivos que son hoy en día.

En este punto, la evolución de las computadoras se suele categorizar en 6

generaciones que fueron las primeras máquinas utilizadas y podemos decir que las
más importantes, Hasta las poderosas máquinas modernas que tenemos hoy en día.

Siendo así la Primera generación de Computadoras de válvulas de vacío, Segunda

generación de Computadoras de estado sólido con transistores, Tercera Generación de
Computadoras de estado sólido con circuitos Integrados, Cuarta generación,
Computadoras de estado sólido con microprocesadores, Quinta generación de
Computación cuántica. Inteligencia artificial, Sexta, séptima y octava
generación, Algunos autores incluso llevan la evolución de las computadoras más allá
de nuestros días.

Desde su invención las computadoras han ido evolucionando a un ritmo sorprendente.

Esto se debe principalmente a la necesidad de los seres humanos de tener una
máquina que les ayude a realizar cada vez más tareas de manera más eficiente.

La evolución de las computadoras se debe principalmente a los avances en la

tecnología de los semiconductores, que han permitido que se fabriquen chips cada vez
más pequeños y eficientes.

A medida que las computadoras se han ido haciendo más pequeñas, potentes y
versátiles, se han convertido en una parte esencial de nuestras vidas. Y eso es porque
el objetivo de las computadoras es simplificar nuestras vidas y hacerlas más eficientes.
Mientras el mundo cambia y se vuelve más complejo, las computadoras también deben
evolucionar para mantenerse al día.
