I am writing to tender my resignation from my position of Junior Executive – Project Coordinator at

Grade One Marine Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. with my last day of employment 2nd July 2022, in accordance with
1 month notice period in my employment contract.

I would like to say thank you and the rest of Project Management Team department for the opportunity
given to work in this position for the past 1 year during my Protégé training and 4 months as a Junior
Executive at Project Management Team department. Honestly, I loved working here and am really
grateful for the opportunity to grow my career experience and knowledge. It’s now time for me to take
the next step and move onto a new career adventure.
