FEE MANDATE

The fee schedule for pursuing the matter before the Ld. National Company
Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi shall be a lumpsum figure of Rs.
75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only). The said mandate shall be
inclusive of all drafting (Application & rejoinder), all appearances, court
fees, clerkage and all expenses incurred in filing of the said Application.
