Freight for Deliveries to customers who have not purchased Hilti’s Smart Subscription Plans will be charged as follows:

- Orders below 5,000dhs = 100 AED

- All Orders including 6M channels (strut) = 350 AED
- All Orders delivered outside the city limits of any Emirate = 350 AED
- In case an order fulfills more than one of the above-mentioned criteria, only 350 AED will be applied as freight charges
- Express Same day deliveries (for all customers, excluded from Subscription plans) = 350 AED
- For tools that are out of the NO COST period = AED 10
- All chemical items have a strict non-return policy.
- Deliveries outside city limits will be done up to or within 72 working hours.
- Freight charges not applicable to Services (Trainings, Engineering services etc.)

Due to customs regulation and VAT implementation, delivery lead time for DX cartridges is 4 working days.
