“It is not your customer's job to remember you.

It is your obligation and responsibility to make

sure they don't have the chance to forget you.” A quote from Patricia Fripp.
A company can succeed through social responsibility if it conducts itself morally, contributes to
economic growth, and enhances the lives of its employees and their families. A firm will
continue its growth and be successful if it practices social responsibility because (a) qualified
employees are engaged in it (b) informed consumers expect it (c) long-term investors demand it
of the local community.
By way of example, if I were a customer, I might like to patronize a business or store that
practices social responsibility, such as by selling goods made of recyclable materials. Bring my
reusable shopping bags to replace plastic bags and use Eco-footprint to measure how much waste
I generate daily and improve it. Future features of corporate governance that I would like to see
sustainability, such as new products and services since they can recognize the social role that
business plays in society.
I can help as a citizen by making purchases that are worth the price and by spreading the word to
as many people as I can about this. Choosing a store or perpetrating one that cares about
safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and the
communities in which businesses operate, can help our economy progress by implementing
humane employee practices, protecting the environment, and participating in philanthropic
endeavors.
A social obligation is to provide aid to those in need. However, helping a woman cross the street
and aiding those in need who depend on the generosity of strangers is insufficient to demonstrate
that you care about the development of our society and economy. The fundamentals of social
responsibility must be acquired through effort rather than being taught in a classroom. The
state is the most important institution to carry out these responsibilities because it is the only
supporter of social safety, individual rights, and order in modern society. This trait is the
cornerstone of a civil society. Members of society, including corporations and individuals, have a
responsibility to promote common objectives and act in a manner that serves both the public and
private sectors.
I believe a citizen who is actively involved in their communities can assist in identifying and
resolving social problems before they escalate into larger difficulties. This may result in a society
where everyone has a chance to achieve and there is greater peace and harmony.
Additionally, other people say that companies' only responsibility to society is to maximize
profits while obeying the law. Corporate social responsibility proponents believe that firms
should aspire higher than simply maximizing profits and that's where I stand as a citizen.
