Offer Validity : 15 Days from the date of offer.
VAT & AIT : The quoted prices are Excluding VAT/TAX & other charges.
Note: - The quoted price is based on current USD to BDT Exchange Rate; Govt. Duties & Levies.
Applicable Surcharge; VAT & AIT etc. ETL reserve the right to amend prices if any of those above
factors being fluctuate which is beyond ETL's control.
Payment : 50% Advance Cash/Cheque with Purchase Order, 50% on product delivery. Payment
made in favor of "Ensign Technologies Limited".
Delivery & Completion : within 7 Working days after PO based on product availability.
: Delivery Expense - Free of Cost within Dhaka City.
Warranty & Services : One (03) Years standard Warranty
Warranty Void : Warranty is valid for “Hardware and Licensed Software” which is provide by ETL.
Warranty would be null and void due to below state of affairs.
i. Mishandling.
ii. Physically Broken or Burned issues.
iii. Misuse the system with unauthorized software and/or media or download software
from web which is unofficial or unlawful.
iv. Use of faulty power voltages; inadequate airing; offensive humidity; too much dust or
any other ambient clause which is not support for using IT peripherals.
v. Using the systems without Licensed Antivirus Software.
vi. The system shifting from one location to another by unskilled person.
vii. Servicing by untrained person or personnel which is not approved by ETL.
viii. Disaster like flood; cyclone; earthquakes which an act of Allah.
ix. If the terms & condition of purchase order or contract agreement are dishonored by
purchaser or consumer.
