The G20 Summit is a yearly meeting where the world's biggest economies come together to talk about
important economic and financial matters. The meeting is important because it allows these countries to work
together and find solutions for global challenges, making the world a better place for everyone. Representing
around 85% of the world's GDP and two-thirds of the global population, the participating countries engage in
dialogues on various economic and social issues, seeking to foster international cooperation and formulate
strategies to promote global economic growth and stability. The summit's importance lies in its potential to
facilitate coordination and collaboration among major economies, transcending national boundaries and
political differences to address complex global challenges collectively, thereby ensuring a more equitable and
sustainable future for all.

Things to remember while preparing the essay:

Grades 3 - 5
• Write it on an A4 sheet.
• The essays must be written neatly (Printed documents are not allowed)
• Use pencil to write your essays.
• The essays should have proper structure.

Grades 6 - 11
• Prepare the content, compile it in a Word document, and submit the hard copy.
• In the communication class, you will be assigned an essay writing task.

Things to remember while recording the video: (all grades)

• The recording camera must be in a stable position. You can record it with your mobile phone by
docking it on a Mobile Phone Holder.
• Kindly speak aloud for better audio clarity.
• Identify a silent place and avoid any background noise (air conditioner, fan, whistling etc.)
• Stand in front of a plain background and start the speech by introducing yourself with your name and
class.
• Wear school uniform while recording.
• The videos should not be edited. Editing is a disqualifier.

SUBMISSION
All students are expected to submit the Ted Talks as instructed below:

iPhone User
✓ An iPhone user should upload the video performance of their child on google drive and share the
link to the mail IDs shared for kaizen video submissions.

Android User
✓ Link of YouTube can be shared to the mail IDs shared for Kaizen video submissions.
✓ Link of Gmail or OneDrive Link can be shared to the mail IDs shared for Kaizen video submissions.

How to share through YouTube – Follow the steps provided in the link:

Every student will be objectively graded based on the rubric created on the KAIZEN platform. The rubric is
created to authentically mark and monitor the student’s progress through the KAIZEN points. For more
