1.0 Overview
BattReLIFE is the machine used to enhance and revive the life of lead-acid battery cells. We provide
a convenient way for our customers to facilitate rejuvenation-charging of up-to 200V,60A - cell stack
by using 3 phase AC Input. This revolutionary unit eliminates the need of complex heavy weight
system by reducing the size to a hand-carriable suitcase without compromising on the safety of
operation.

2.0 Operation
2.0.1 Wiring
 Easy plug and play 3 phase input (R, Y, B) and Neutral lines.

 There is 3-phase MCB available on the unit itself which can be turned-on to start the unit.
 Industry-standard Battery connector available for connection to battery stack
2.0.2 Powering ON
 Once Wiring is done properly, MCB can turned on to start the unit.
 If the unit was stopped last time due to power-failure, the machine would prompt user to
continue from last-point. User can either resume or restart using fresh configuration. If no
input received, machine would resume operation using last configuration after 20-seconds.
 For the fresh configuration, the unit displays Main-Menu after power-on.
o 1. Start
o 2. Settings
o 3. Self-Test
o 4. Info
 Options can be selected using Push Buttons B1, B2, B3, B4 . Function of each button are
displayed on LCD Screen right above the buttons.

2.0.3 Configuration
 Self-Test
o User can run Self-Test to run a diagnostic test for the unit. The unit will check Over
Voltage, Under voltage, Over Current, Over temperature, Phase reversal, Output
connection, Logging Memory etc and reports in case of any issue
 Setting
o User can go to settings Max-Voltage to set maximum floating-voltage allowed for
battery stack can gain while charging. This limit can be set by user depending on
battery rating.
 Info
o Info Menu provides total run-time of the unit used for charging from the time it was
purchased. It provides total run in HH:MM: SS format.
 Start
o After Max Voltage is configured, user can press start.
o Here unit asks for several parameters to configure
 Customer Profile Number: This is unique number that can be given for
each set of batteries being taken under rejuvenation process.
 Rejuvenation Cycle ID: This can be used to mark the charging cycle
associated with rejuvenation stage in the whole process of reviving batteries.
The unit will save duration of run, voltage, current, customer profile for each
cycle of run that can be viewed later.
 Set Current: This is the rejuvenation current to be provided, set by user, as
per battery rating.
 Set Duration: This is the number of Hours to run under this cycle,
configurable by user.
o Once all the 4 configurations have been set, the unit can be started, and the unit
automatically sets itself to the configured current.

2.0.4 Running Operation & Diagnostics

 The unit has in-built diagnostics that detects Over voltage, over current, Under voltage and
over temperature and Open circuit. Any of the error will cause unit to Pause and provide
Buzzer indication to user to see which error stopped the unit.
 User can also manually pause and resume and go back to main menu any time using function
keys.

3.0 Data Logging

 The unit has the capability to log the duration and diagnostic events occurred during run of
each rejuvenation cycle.
 BattReLife unit comes with a free software BattReLIFE_Viewer that can be used to import
and view logged data from unit.
 Communication between the unit and PC is done via RS-232

 BattReLIFE Viewer Software shows duration of run for each cycle, voltage, current every
hour of run and if in-case of errors, it shows which error occurred and at what time of run.
4.0 Energy Meter
The unit is equipped with an Energy Meter, which shows current in each phase line and total kWh
consumed from the time of purchase of unit. This total kWh can be reset any time using password.

5.0 Real-time Cloud Monitoring

 This is an add-on feature that is available for remotely monitoring Voltage and Current along
with runtime, diagnostics for each unit of BattReLIFE.
