(1) Crankshaft gear:

Heat gear to install. Do not heat to a temperature of more than 316°C (601°F).

(2) Make reference to the chart CONNECTING ROD BEARINGS.

(3) Make reference to the chart MAIN BEARINGS.

(4) Wear sleeve and seal installation, see CRANKSHAFT SEALS.

(5) End play for crankshaft (new) ... 0.064 to 0.480 mm (.0025 to 0.189 in)

Make reference to Guideline for Reusable Parts Form No. SEBF8030 for procedure to measure bent
crankshafts.
