Junior Investment Associate / Private Equity Fund

Position

We are working for one of the well-established private equity funds investing in Central Europe.

Our Client would like to expand its’ investment team in Romania and therefore is looking for
a talented professional for the position of a Junior Investment Associate. In this role you will work very
closely with an Investment Director and you will have an exposure to the full cycle of the deal
execution.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong financial modelling skills and a capacity to process
and assess business, market and competitive information regarding various companies. Additionally,
our Client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and ability to
independently pursue and deliver assigned tasks.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Developing financial models and analyses with a focus on the valuation of companies.

• Analysing acquisition target financial results and performing analysis to determine present
and future financial performance.

• Assisting in preparing presentations on potential transactions for senior management that

identify and assess synergies, utilizing various valuation methodologies and comprehend
major financial risks.

• Execution of market and industry research analysis related to potential acquisitions.

• Assisting with the due diligence process during the acquisition planning and execution
stages.

• Preparing documents for the Investment Committee and senior investment professionals on
potential new transactions.

• Assisting in preparing legal documents related to potential transactions and portfolio

companies.

• Taking part in portfolio monitoring activities, including preparing quarterly valuations.
