“Barasenian USA OFWs organization donated bond papers through Project Sharity”

The Baras district received 50 reams of A4 bond papers in Baras Elementary School from
Baraseñian USA on November 17, 2020 through the Project Sharity. It is received by Mr. Jillbey R.
Dionisio at 8 o’clock in the morning.

Project Sharity or Act as a Charity is a program spearheaded by the Public Schools Division
Superintendent Mr. Pitsberg B. De Rosas that aims to help in times of calamities and shortages of the
learning materials or things that can be used in the delivery of the instructions such as bond papers. It
is a program that serve the Baraseño and be a helping hand in the difficult times.

Baras USA amidst the pandemic through the social media platform reached-out the school
contributing bond papers which can be used by the school in the reproduction of learning materials
and instructional materials and serve 2,199 learners in the Baras Elementary School.

Aside from this, Baras Elementary School also received 16 LIT Dry Enamel donations from
Garcia Trading Teresa, 5 reams of bond papers from PSL General Merchandise, 1 dynamic vocal
microphone, 100 pieces washable facemasks, alcohol dispenser, storage boxes, reams of bond papers,
bottles of alcohol, 2 gallons of alcohol from East West Tanay and face shields which will be
distributed to the learners in the Baras District. The PSDS Mr. De Rosas is really grateful to such an
overwhelming support of the stakeholders including the barangay officials, business owners and other
government or private individuals in giving their untiring support to the Project Sharity that
continuously helping and lending its hands to brought-out the learners and their families during these
times of the pandemic.

Project Sharity proved its essence in helping other people through sharing what they have, it
is a bridge that connects the people to those who needs help and spread the goodness. The Baras Sub-
Office is thankful for the generosity of these people in these difficult times.
