4.1 Introductory Activity Begin with classroom routine:
5 minutes 1. Prayer
2. “3 things that I am Grateful For” (students shall take turns
every day to share 3 things that he/she is grateful for)
3. Checking of attendance
4.2 Activity The teacher will call three student volunteers to share their
5 minutes assignment about a brand that they personally admire and the
benefits that the brand offers to consumers and the business.
4.3 Analysis Process questions:
10 minutes 1. How often do you typically purchase from your favorite
brand?
2. How would you describe your favorite brand to a friend?
3. What words would you use to describe your favorite
brand’s packaging?
4.4 Abstraction Interactive Discussion:
15 minutes Branding is one of the most important aspects of any business. An
effective brand strategy gives you a major edge in increasingly
competitive markets.
The features of a good product brand are as follows:
- Delivers the message clearly
- Confirms your credibility
- Connects your target prospects emotionally
- Motivates the buyer
- Concretizes user loyalty
4.5 Application Provide students with a handout containing a list of brand
10 minutes development criteria (target audience, brand values, logo design,
messaging).
In pairs or individually, ask students to identify and explain the
importance of each criterion.
4.6 Assessment Oral Recitation/Talking with Learners
