Remove/install
1 Remove charge air distributor AR09.41-P-1310OGR
2 Remove screw/bolts (1) on heat exchanger Bolt, heat exchanger to crankshaft *BA18.30-P-1001-01J
housing
3 Remove heat exchanger Installation: Replace seals (3).
The seals (3) as well as the heat
exchanger must be free of oil and grease.
4 Install in the reverse order
5 Check engine oil level AR18.00-P-3035-01SXI

The vehicle must be horizontal and standing

on its wheels.
This prevents measurement errors.
Check engine oil level about 5 min. after
switching off warm engine.
