Documents Required-

i. Scanned and clear colored passport first and last page copy (Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months).

ii. Scanned one passport size colored photograph with white back ground (preferable)and
Without spectacles and cap

iii. Scanned clear colored PAN CARD copy.

iv. Scanned child applicant’s birth certificate copy.

New Update:

Please be informed : The Grace period of 10 days which was being offered with the UAE visit visa, now has been

discontinued from 15th May, 2023 onwards. so please renew/ exit immediately after your stay period completion.
Please Note:

Visa will be valid for 58 days from the date of issue. Stay is allowed 60 days from the date of entry.
Please check travel related and ‘OK TO BOARD’ requirements with the respective Airline.

OK TO BOARD is mandatory for ECR passport holders.

1) Yatra is a visa service provider and applies for visas through the immigration/embassy on behalf of applicants.

2) It must be noted that Yatra is not involved in the visa decision-making process or in its approval or rejection.

3) Visa approval or visa rejection is at the sole discretion of immigration, and Yatra shall not be liable for
any delay in the process or rejection of the visa. Immigration may reject a visa without giving any
reason.

4) Immigration reserves the right to ask for additional documents if required during the assessment of the application.

5) The visa fee and Yatra service charge are non refundable under any circumstances.

6) Yatra never asks for confirmed bookings of hotels or tickets to process tourist visas.
Therefore,it is strongly recommended not to make confirmed bookings until the visa is
approved.

7) Yatra shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever, including but not limited to the refund of visa and
service fees where the application is rejected or there is a delay in the visa approval from the
immigration end.

8) Applicants must have to ensure that they exit UAE before the visa expiry. applicants will be liable for
a fine as per immigration rules in case of overstay.

Important
 As per the latest update from UAE immigration, Passengers must have to exit before visa expiry.

In case of any passenger overstays in UAE then the passenger must need to inform the Yatra visa team immediately via email with the reason for
the overstay.

 The new visa copy with the change of status copy has to be submitted to Yatra within 5 working days. OR UAE exit stamp with boarding pass
needs to be provided.

Failing which passenger will be liable to place a ban and pay the absconding charges of 3500 AED.

These charges are non-refundable even if the passenger exits or converts his visa after placing a ban.
