S9 Eco Mode

Eco Mode is designed to save energy when the handler is idle. After a set amount of time has
passed, handler will automatically turn off certain part of machine to save energy. Handler will turn
the power back on when certain triggers are detected.

This feature can be found from Setting > System > General > Eco Mode. Kindly refer to below
screenshot with red rectangle for reference.

Note: If the Eco Mode selection appears to be disabled, it needs to be enabled from Account.

Below screenshot with red rectangle shows the settings available for Eco Mode.

Disable/Enable: Disable or enable the use of Eco Mode for all available items.

PC Idle

This will be triggered when there is no activity from PC input device such as keyboard and mouse.
Press any key on keyboard or move the mouse to turn the power back on.

Turn off the display (min.): The display will be turned off after this set number of minutes has
elapsed since PC is idle.

Machine Idle

This will be triggered when the PC is idle, lot is not running, machine is not during initialization,
machine is not during maintenance (e.g., manual operation and remote teaching) as well as machine
is not during interlock override state. Press [RESET] button to turn the power back on.

Turn off part of machine power (min.): As described in the user interface, door lock, servo power
and ionizers will be turned off after this set number of minutes has elapsed since machine is idle.
