Task Dependencies

The task dependencies of this project will begin with the amount of attendee’s that will be
participating. It is important to have a final head count of all those who will be in attendance
because it will then trickle into the second dependency. Which will be the cocktail hour and
dinner reservation. The third dependency would be the excursion reservation for the attendees.

Critical Path

The critical path of this project would be making sure the list of attendees has purchased and
reserved their airlines and hotel for this event by the deadline. If this is not completed on time it
can affect the final estimates of the cost of the cocktail hour, dinner, and excursion package. If
any of the attendees do not meet the deadline then the cost of this event may increase. This will
result in creating additional expenses. The secondary task that will participate in the critical path
would be any delays in the orders for the welcome gifts. If any delays occur it may defer the time
to assemble the gifts to the last minute.
