THE MOST IMPORTANT
OUTLOOK ON LEADERSHIP
WOULD BE UNDERSTANDING
YOUR IDENTITY AND
VALUES. BY

UNDERSTANDING, YOU WILL

YOU. WITHIN MY ANALYSIS, I
HAVE
ASSEMBLED A LIST OF
THEMES THAT COMPLIMENT
MY VALUES AND IDENTITY.
Research Process and
Methods
While conducting my Thematic Analysis, the approach I
have chosen is Qualitative Analysis.
This approach allowed me to collect data from my ideas,
and experiences. This provided an opportunity to use my
assessment to interpret my analysis. The data collected
stems from previous class literature, assessments, essays,
and awards to support each theme.
Compiling data sources set the foundations to first
evaluate my data, and then generate phrases. Next, I was
then able to create the appropriate coding to summarize
each phrase, which helped create each of my ten themes.
My Data Sources
MY DATA SOURCES WILL CATALOG EACH SOURCE TO SUPPORT EACH OF MY
THEMES. THE PURPOSE OF MY SOURCES WILL BE TO PROVIDE EVIDENTIAL
