FINDINGS:Base on the result of Phil- Iri (Filipino) of Balani Minority School, we found that the reading difficulties of each grades were on the lowest level on word recognition and reading comprehension.

ANALYSIS: Upon analyzing the result, most of the pupils fall under frustration on its lowest level of each grade which is very alarming.

PLANS TO ADDRESS THE GAPS: To address the gaps in reading, there are several ways and strategies that we need to do like conduct remedial class and home visitation to lessen the high numbers of struggling readers. Monitored the reading progress of the learners and give them a various types of reading materials that they can use
