A pen, is a writing instrument consisting of a loading tip, containing a sphere, usually made of

steel or wolframium, which in contact with the paper, doses the ink as it is rolled, in the same
way as a ball deodorant. The pen can be thin, medium, or diamond.

The pen is a plastic tube, containing the ink and having, at one end, the writing tip, which hooks
a small sphere or ball, from which it takes its name, and serves to regulate the output of ink to
the paper in a fluid and constant way. This tube or "load" is located inside a frame that allows
you to grip comfortably. This frame can be two-part or one-part, with various mechanisms that
pull out or retract the tip of the load to protect it from shock and prevent it from staining when

universal instrument of manual writing.

Pen parts
