Attention Mayor and WARN Act Coordinators:

This letter is to provide you with information about position adjustments Wells Fargo plans to make in your
community. Wells Fargo leaders are working to provide up-to-date facilities with modern workspaces and
technology to create a more collaborative work environment that is a better employee experience. At the
same time, we need to concentrate Wells Fargo real estate investments in fewer locations or reduce space in
existing real estate.

This letter is to provide notice, pursuant to the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act
(WARN), that Wells Fargo leaders have decided to exit our offices at the Greystone Administrative Center,
101 Greystone Boulevard in Columbia by June of 2024. There are approximately 525 affected employees at
this location. As an outcome of this decision, most employees assigned to the building are being presented
relocation offers to other Wells Fargo markets; some will be notified of their future office location once
decided by line of business leadership and some will be displaced.

Employees currently working in the business unit were verbally notified of the business changes on September
28th, 2023. It is anticipated that formal notices of displacement will be delivered to affected employees
beginning in second quarter 2024 and ending in June 2024. Each employee will be provided a 60-day notice
period from the date they receive formal notice of displacement.
The affected employees who do not relocate or secure other positions within the company will be eligible to
receive paid severance benefits based on years of service and the opportunity to continue participating in the
company’s health plans at active rates for a period of time. The specific job titles, notice dates and number of
displaced employees will be provided once official written notices have been given.

Wells Fargo is committed to supporting our displaced employees and provides severance, career assistance,
and other services to assist them. We will make every effort to minimize the impact and ease the transition for
our affected employees.
