Carpark
1 can you please give us parking lot sizing in local practice? - for private - GD15 Table 6-4 is for minimum turning radius required vehicle sizes
car - for company bus shown are the biggest dimension in each category (type) of vehicle.
We would like to propose 2.5 x 5m but in the guidelines "geometric - GD15 Geometric Design for Roads is for roadometric design,
design for roads" they mention car with 5.8m lenght carparking lot shall be refered to TCP Guidelines for Industrial
Development which is in Malay language.
- Please refer to RFI007 QP Response which TCP Guildelines were
abstracted and attached to the response. In TCP guidelines, parking
lot for passenger car is 2.5m x 5.0m.

Fence
2 There is any guidelines and requirement on the fencing type:
- boundary fence - close fence or open fence
- internal fence - any local requirement or we can do as we want
- Fence facing the beach - any specific requirements
No guidelines and requirements on fencing. Designer should design
to the Client's requirements and suit farm's operation and security
requirements.

Wind
4 Can you please indicate us the prevailing wind direction in the site The predominant average hourly wind direction in Brunei varies
area throughout the year.

The wind is most often from the west for 6.4 months, from May 3 to
November 15, with a peak percentage of 49% on September 2. The
wind is most often from the north for 5.6 months, from November 15
to May 3, with a peak percentage of 68% on January 1.
