The Kamloops Film Society, in part-

re Sk'elép (Coyote Stories) Indigenous
Film Festival — October 12-14. The fes-
tival will screen 6 feature films and a
free, family-friendly Indigenous short
film package. They will also welcome a
slate of talented guests to feature around
the film selections, and present other en-
gagement events.
The festival opens Thursday, October
12, with a red carpet screening of Bones
Of Crows, a compelling historic dra-
ma partially filmed in Kamloops [and
Quilchena Hotel]. The film will be fol-
lowed by an exclusive speaking panel
with Indigenous creatives from around
the province.
