This is also to further strengthen the routine immunization and catch-up activities to avoid ‘outbreak of Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPDs). In line with this, the Regional Immunization Program in collaboration with FHSIS Program is adapting a web-based reporting spreadsheet of immu services, based on FHSIS template. ‘This will aid the local, provincial, regional, and national managers to monitor MONTHLY immunization coverage; and as basis for computation of Fully Immunized Child (FIC), unimmunized children, tracking defaulters and improve access to immunization.
