1. Pupils watch and understand the video and find information related to general health and
wellbeing.

1. Pupils refer to the video and find suitable theme and list down in their exercise book.
2. Pupils refer to the video again and find information on why we need different vitamins and
nutrients in our diet.
3. Pupils refer to the video again and find relevant information on different types of food
needed to fuel our body.
4. Pupils refer to the video again and answer questions below:-

Pupils do a short 10 question quiz on general health and wellbeing. (Link:
