H. Mendoza who is a resident of Ambulong, Batangas City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That the total aggregate landholdings of our deceased ancestor, CELESTINA

(a.k.a. JUSTINA) HERNANDEZ MENDOZA, is her retention or portion of her
retention area of not more than five (5) hectares.

That as legal heirs, our total aggregate landholdings including the area of THREE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIVE (3,205) square meters that we inherited from
Celestina Hernandez Mendoza does not exceed five (5) hectares.

That the said property has NO PENDING CASE.

That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.
1, series of 1989 as well as to show proof that our total aggregate landholding
inclusive of the land subject for inheritance does not exceed five (5) hectares and
the same is NOT TENANTED.
