III. God wants us to experience Heaven on Earth

i. Giving of talents is not based on favoritism but capability of the servant to
handle
ii. God knows our capability/ ability/ strength and weakness
1. If God knows it’s a good news, kay kung moingon ang Ginoo nga
kaya nako, kaya gyud nako ni
iii. God give what I can handle- a blessing is not a blessing if we cant handle
1. Before God will give us, he is considering if we can handle
c. Giving of talents was not a closed door meeting/ 1 on 1 meeting
i. Everybody saw the process
1. Nango lima sa iya? Favoritism?
 2. Lord grade 6 palang naa nay uyab ako mo graduate na ug college
ii. Suko ka kay iya lima imo 2 or isa
1. We will never be happy/ contended of what we have if we keep on
comparing ourselves to others
iii. Maski isa lang imoha mgpasalamat ta kay sa tinood lang we all deserve zero
and yet God give us at least 1.
iv. We are not happy because sometimes we desire what other people have
instead of desiring what God wants us to have
1. Gratitude does not happen when we get what we want but when u
want what you get
IV. Work it out
a. A and B work it out even wala ang master
i. True steward / faithful is working it out wala or naa may ga tanaw
b. Whatever God has entrusted for you work how will you handle it maski walay ga
tanaw?
i. If you are not faithful with small things you will not be faithful with big
things
c. Faithfulness will lead to fruitfulness
i. David- faithful shepherd, anointing to appointing (15 years)
ii. Elisha- faithful farmer
d. How can we be faithful?
i. Let our motivation/ purpose is to glorify God
ii. 1 Corinthians 15:58- dili saying
e. Lahi2 ug talent/ ability but all of them has opportunity
i. God wants us to use whatever that we have
ii. There is no command nga ipa lambo
1. But it is expected of them to be fruitful
2. It doesn’t mean nga wla gisgo wala gi expect
3. 10 leapers- 1 ra gyud ngpasalamat ang Jesus expected them all
4. God did not command you to be fruitful but it is expected from u
a. And not hid your talents because hiding will lose what you
have
iii. A and B- opportunity, C- responsibility
1. Whatever we have think of it as an opportunity to glorify God
2. A,B,C have 1 in common- all has opportunity to grow

i. All starts with 1- used it as an opportunity to grow
3. A,B- praised, C- scolded rejected and even condeimn
a. Maintaining is wickedness, lazy,
4. Know that we deserve zero but you gave me 1- thank you il used it
 f. Using it dili kinahanglan naa sa church
i. Sa office, school sa balay- used your talent
ii. Kung wala nimo gipagamit sa ginoo, kinsa may gagamit?
iii. God gave it then used it for God
V. Conclusion
a. Whatever level you are now, there is always a new level for you, once you will used
it
b. We want to be upgraded but hadlok ta sa responsibility
i. Promotion, ma honor
1. Next level blessing need next level working
2. Maxwell- your attitude will determine your altitude
c. I don’t want to judge you sa level of talents that you have but I want you to improve
whatever level that you have right now because it is expect from us by GOD
