5 Leave balance should be equal to as per attendance provided by concern person. If not then deviation below?

6 New Bank Account numbers entered should be same as provided by Concern person. If not then deviation below?

7 In case of change in Bank account of existing employee then data should come from concern person. If not then deviatio

8 Advance deduction should be as per Advance Deduction master. If not then deviation below.

9 Check advance deducted last month should continue this month barring the fact advance is 100% recovered or any appr

10 Arrear of incerment should be correct. If not then deviation

11 Working status of employees should be as per employee master. If not then deviation below.
12 PF Calcuation should be correct. If not then deviation

13 ESI Calcuation should be correct. If not then deviation

14 Overtime should be given on 3 national holidays if person has worked on these days @ double wages.

15 Check implementation of minimum wage is there or not. If not then deviation

16 Employee absent last 5 to 10 days then salary should be on hold. If not then deviation below?

16 Calcuation of complete salary sheet should be checked. Below in case of deviation.

17 TDS deduction should be as per Account recommendation. In case of deviation, mention below.
