A leading bank in Dubai is seeking a candidate to fill the position of HR Business Partner,
with direct reporting to the MEA Talent Director stationed in Dubai.
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for contributes at both strategic and
operational level and oversee the delivery of core human resource programs and processes;
Implement HR policies and procedures that assist the achievement of company objectives.
Assist with personnel strategies related to recruitment, compensation, recognition, output, and
talent retention.
Support staff members and managers who have reported violations or initiated disciplinary
actions.
Integrate cost and structure goals with recruiting and promotion decisions.
Encourage prompt acquisition of open positions by upholding standards of excellence.
Follow up with all key stakeholders to track and monitor the hiring process.
Contribute to the development of bank-wide initiatives and unit-specific plans.
Contribute to the formation of business-focused L&D programs that are in line with
organisational goals.
Monitor deliveries to satisfy departmental priorities.

Job description
Effectively handled all office functions including arranging calendars – daily, weekly,
monthly, and yearly, office correspondence, filing, travel & miscellaneous.
MIS – collecting, analyzing, and summarizing to Director.
Co-ordinate, follow-up with VP/GMs/Senior Managers on their KRAs, maintains effective
communication for/with Director.
Maintain Communication Bridge with internal and external stakeholders for the Director.
Preparing MoM, creating presentations and effective means of communication for
conveying information across the functions, client interaction, Manage documentation in
an organized and timely manner
Maintain High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Single point of contact for organizing periodic team/functional events
Organize travel plans for the reporting head and visitors/clients

This role works as an Executive Assistant to the Dir in the areas of managing meetings,
ensuring follow-up for vital issues concerning the Director, driving MIS reports collation
from stakeholders and summarizing it effectively for the Dir, ensuring smooth
documentation around both personal and professional aspects relating to meetings,
travel, assignments and collaborative sessions.
