HRA/ Gratuity (not under Gratuity Act)/ Leave Encashment/ NPS/ RPF -- Basic Salary+ DA if part of
Retirement benefits+ Commission if paid as a % of turnover

Gratuity (under the Gratuity Act)/ Retrenchment Compensation -- Basic Salary+ DA

Rent Free Accommodation – Basic Salary + DA if part of retirement benefits + Commission+ Fees
+Bonus+ other taxable allowances+ any other monetary benefits otherwise chargeable to tax. It
excludes perquisites (both monetary and non-monetary).
