NARRATIVE REPORT

This has reference to the conducted actual and confirmatory survey last February 2, 2023,
at Barangay Cubag, Cabagan, Isabela scheduled by Special Investigator II Julius FM. Alindayu.
The said confirmatory survey was to determine the exact location of the mango tree, if it
falls within Lot 3556, PLS 962.
Based on the gathered reference points available on the ground and mathematical
computation, the mango tree is situated within Lot 3556, PLS 962.
Attached is a copy of the plan with detailed information showing the relative positions of
their occupation over Lot 3556, PLS 962.
