Subject: Request for deduction of ePBG amount (Security Deposit)

GEM Contract No.: GEMC-511687788369924 dated 21-Mar-2022, for manpower outsourcing
services.

Kindly refer to the subject cited above.

We M/s Awadh Security Services Pvt Ltd, wants to draw your kind attention to the matter that
as per terms & condition of our contract we were demanded to submit ePBG amount @3% of
the contract value i.e.Rs.272,839.00(Two Lakh Seventy-Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty-
Nine Rupees).

We want to inform you that we are facing a huge financial problem and due to which we are not
able to provide you with the demanded ePBG amount. Thus, we humbly request you to kindly
deduct our ePBG amount or security deposit from our first billing amount.

We request for your highest cooperation in this matter.
