1. What is Leading? How important leading is in management?


Leading is defined as a function of management that directs and guides every aspiring
businessman in achieving its main goals and binds the importance of motivation, communication
and leadership in an organization. Leading is third important function of management.
Moreover, directing and guiding is also important in any business, as it sets process and
objectives in order to meet its main target which is to provide goods and services for customer
satisfaction for profit.

2. How important Leadership in management?


The importance of Leadership is that it is a vital management function that helps to
direct an organization's resources for improved efficiency and the achievement of goals. Effective
leaders provide clarity of purpose, motivate and guide the organization to realize its mission.
Regardless of your position, understanding the role of leaders can help you contribute more
meaningfully to the accomplishment of your company's objectives.

3. Why do we need leadership style?


We need leadership styles because it is the behavioral approach employed by leaders to
influence, motivate, and direct their followers. A leadership style determines how leaders
implement plans and strategies to accomplish given objectives while accounting for stakeholder
expectations and the wellbeing and soundness of their team.

Our principal assists in leading, directing, and coordinating various activities. She creates
and sustain an excellent teaching-learning environment. She supports the teachers in their teaching
practices. She gives genuine and effective leadership, resulting in improved professional presentation
among teachers.
