Shamey’s Catering is looking forward to providing food items, and other services to
you and your event guests. Our company will provide food and beverages and other
services like designing the reception and provide the tables and chair with clothes and full
service with our staff.

31, 2024 at 4pm for a period of 5 hours at Angeles Residence at Kalikid Sur, Cabantuan City.

1. APPETIZERS

 80 pcs Chicken Sandwich at P30 per each for a total 2,400 pesos.

2. SALAD

 10 plates of vegetable salad with mayonnaise at P70 per plates for a total of 700
pesos.

3. MAIN CURSE

 CARBONARA – 3 Container at P1,200 per container good for 15-20 pax for a total of
3,600 pesos.
 CREAMY GARLIC MUSHROOMS WITH BACON – 4 Container at P1,300 per
container good for 15-20 pax for a total of 5,200 pesos.
 BUTTER SHRIMP – 4 Container at P1,300 per container good for 10-15 pax for a
total of 5, 200 pesos.
 CHUICKEN CURRY – 3 Container at P900 per container good for 10-15 pax for a
total of 2,700 pesos.

4. DESSERTS

 80 pcs cups of fruit salad at P40 per each for a total of 3,200 pesos.

5. BEVERAGES

 5 Gallons of mixed berry juice at P250 per gallons for a total of 1,250 pesos.
 5 Gallons of blue lemonade juice at P250 per gallons for a total of 1,250 pesos.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

 3 staff for decoration at P750 per person for a total of 2,250 pesos.
 100 pcs chair at P15 per each for a total of 1,500 pesos.
 20 pcs tables at P30 per each for a total of 600 pesos.
 5 event coordinator at P800 per person for a total of 4000 pesos.
 20 tables and 100 chairs clothes at P15 per each for a total of 1,800 pesos.

POLICIES
 Final guest count guarantee.
 Changes in final count will be honored when possible and maybe subject additional
cost. Note that any changes in guest count may result in an increase in your final bill.

TIME FRAME

 You will be given an estimate of service times and costs prior to event. If our staff
members are required to work longer, the labor charges will increase on your final
bill.

DEPOSIT

 A 50% deposit is payable upon acceptance of this proposal. The deposit is


refundable only if you cancel 30 days prior to the event. After this date, no refund is
possible as plans may already be enacted for your event.

PAYMENT TERMS

 Payment terms require you to ay 50% deposit and that the balance has to be paid
within 2 weeks of the date of the event. All additional costs incurred from higher
guest counts, or additional staff hours will bill with 2 weeks after the event and will
be payable upon receipt of bill. Collection actions will be take when necessary to
obtain payment of these charges.

5. CANCELLATION

By Client. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the event. Upon
cancellation, Client will be entitled to a refund of any monies paid, except for the
non-refundable deposit.

By Caterer. Caterer may cancel this Contract at any time. If Caterer cancels, it must
provide a suitable, replacement Caterer, subject to Client’s approval, which shall be
obtained in writing. In the alternative, Caterer shall refund all monies previously
paid by Client, including the non-refundable deposit, less any expenses already
incurred.

6. MODIFICATION
Any changes and/or modifications to this Contract must be made in writing to be
Signed by both Parties.

7. INDEMNITY

The Parties each agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, its
Respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and
assigns against any And all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive
damages, expenses, reasonable legal Fees and costs of any kind or amount
whatsoever, which result from the negligence of or breach of This Agreement by the
indemnifying party, its respective successors and assigns that occurs in Connection
with this Agreement. This section remains in full force and effect even after
termination of The Agreement by its natural termination or the early termination by
either party

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL FEES

In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that Cannot be resolved by
mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter Cannot be
resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful party will be
entitled To its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.

9. SEVERABILITY

In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in


Whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement
and all other Provisions should continue in full force and effect as valid and
enforceable.

10.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by The State and/or
Country of the Event.

11.ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the Entire
agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add,
or Otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both
parties. The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as
demonstrated by their signatures as Follows:
