The office of the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Barlis would like to make it known to your
good office that we will be conducting the Binibining Barlis 2024 with the theme “Empowerment:
Focusing on empowering women by highlighting their achievements, talents, and
contributions to society.” on February 03,2024 at the Barlis Elementary School. Through this
activity, we aim to showcase the beauty and talents of our youth.

In this connection, we very respectfully approach your good office in the hopes of acquiring your
approval and support in the upcoming Binibining Barlis 2024. Whereas we will be needing you and
your good office’s excellence with operating the technical equipment in our barangay. Thus, we would
like to seek your approval on the set-up and operation of the LED Wall and Sound System on
February 03,2024 in Barlis Elementary School for the said pageant that must be set up before lunch
time.
