Everyone knows the benefits of a daily routine, but finding
one can be difficult. In moments of shock, we go to bed late
and do not maintain sleep hygiene. Take the issue seriously:
set a time for getting up and going to bed and try to keep it,
despite the circumstances.

It seems that one comes to psychology only in moments of

you want to make your life better: sort out relationships with
loved ones or decide on possible prospects.
