Defense Housing Authority, Karachi, Pakistan, Emmar Coastal Development plot 06,the project
covers an area of about 12,000 square meters, a total construction area of 208,700 square
meters, a total of 43 floors, a total height of 152 meters. Construction content: Construction of 2
high-end multi-storey apartment buildings (towers A and B), construction of 2 basement floors
(B2 and B1), ground floor, mezzanine and podium buildings (1 to 4 floors, 4 floors for fitness and
other convenient facilities), more than 5 floors for the main structure of the tower, two towers
with 37 floors; Main work content: main structure construction, electrical engineering, generator,
HVAC engineering, pipeline engineering, fire engineering.
We are currently in the final stages of price negotiation with EMMAR Company. The project
requires the supply and installation of Building Maintenance Unit. As a world-renowned dealer,
