(How to enter: press "3", "E" or "OK" on the main interface)

《1》 Program selection (How to enter: Press "1", "E" or "OK" under the menu
of program selection, editing, copying and deletion )
After inputting the program number, press "E" or "OK" (for example: "3", "E" or "OK"),
and the program "3" is currently being selected.
( 1)
《2》 Copy of program (How to enter: Press "2", "E" or "OK" under the menu
of program selection, editing, copying and deletion)
Copy the current program to the specified program number "X" (for example: "3", "E"
or "OK"), that is, copy the current program to the program number "3 ".

《3》 Program editing (How to enter: Press "3", "E" or "OK" under the
program selection, editing, copying and deleting menus)

There are the following main parameter adjustments in program

editing:

1. TARGET WEIGHT (g)

"Target Weight" (For setting the weight of the product to be packaged, in "grams")
2. H— LIMIT (g)
"The upper limit of the target weight" (Used to set the upper deviation of the
allowable target weight, the unit is "gram")

3. DUMP SPEED (x/min)

"Packing speed" ( Used to set the packing speed per minute, packs/minute)
4. MAIN FEEDER AMPLITUDE
"Amplitude of the main vibrating machine" (setting 0 is invalid for the main
vibrating machine) (the actual adjustable range is 1-60)

5. LINER FEEDER AMPLITUDE

"Amplitude of linear vibrator" (setting 0 is invalid for the main vibrator) (actually
adjustable range 1-60)

6. AUTO ZERO INTERVAL (min)

"Automatic zero compensation positive interval" ( usually set to 1-5, depending on
the amount of powder in the material, which means that the weighing bucket is
zero compensated every time during automatic operation . The unit is "minute")

7. INITIAL AUTO ZERO TIME (min)

"Initial zero compensation time" (Usually set to 0, unit "minute")
8. LINER FEEDER DRIVE TIME (ms)
"Linear vibration machine drive time" (Depending on the material, usually can be
selected from 100-900. The unit is "milliseconds")

9. LINER FEEDER DELAY ON TIME (ms)

"Delay drive time of linear vibrator" (Usually set to 0, which is used to delay the time
to drive the linear vibrator after the feed hopper is closed. The unit is "milliseconds")
( 2)
10. FEED BUCKET MOTOR PATTERN
"Feed Hopper Motor Mode" (There are 5 modes, usually "1" and "3" modes, "4" is
the half-open mode)

11. FEED BUCKET OPEN TIME (ms)

"Feed hopper opening time" (Usually set to 0, this time can only be used in the half-
open hopper motor mode, that is, "4" mode. The unit is "milliseconds" )

12. FEED BUCKET DELAY ON TIME (ms)

"Feed hopper delay drive time" (Usually set to 0, used to set the delay time to drive
the feed hopper after the weighing hopper is closed. The unit is "millisecond")

13. WEIGH BUCKET MOTOR PATTERN

"Weighing bucket motor mode" (There are 5 modes, usually "1" and "3" mode, "4" is
half- open mode)

14. WEIGHT BUCKET OPEN TIME (ms)

"Weighing bucket opening time" (Usually set to 0, this time can only be used in the
half- open bucket motor mode, that is, "4" mode. The unit is "milliseconds")

15. WEIGHT BUCKET DELAY ON TIME (ms)

"Weighing bucket delay driving time" (Usually set to 0, used to set the delay time to
drive the weighing bucket after the collection bucket is closed. Unit "millisecond")

16. SETTLE TIME (ms)

"Weighing stability time" (Usually set 750-900, indicating the time when the product
falls from the feed hopper to the weighing hopper becomes stable. The unit is
"milliseconds")

17. DUMP SIGNAL DELAY ON TIME (ms)

"Packing signal delay time" (Usually set to 0, which means that the weighing machine
will delay the output of the packaging signal to the packaging machine after the
weighing hopper is discharged during automatic operation. The unit is "milliseconds")

18. DUMP SIGNAL ON TIME (ms)

"Packaging signal turn-on time" (Usually set to 200ms or above, depending on
the minimum time that the PLC input terminal in the packaging machine can accept ,
means the packaging signal output to the packaging machine after the weighing
hopper is discharged during the automatic operation of the weighing machine .unit
"milliseconds")

19. OVER DISCHARGE ON (1) OFF (0)

"Excessive discharge switch" (Choose "1" means that the combined weight beyond the
upper and lower deviations can be discharged, when "0" is selected, the machine will
choose another close combined weight to discharge, until the suitable weight is not
( 3)
found, the machine will will stop working and immediately display an alarm message
on the display)

( 3)
20. MULTI DUMP COUNT
"Number of times of multiple packaging" (When the product packaging exceeds
500 grams, it needs to be set twice or more, the unit is "time")

21. NO LOAD DETECT (%)

"No material detection" (Usually set to 1%, if the weight reading of the weighing bucket
is less than this value, it is considered that the bucket is empty, and this percentage is
for the target weight)

22. BIAS (g)

"Deviation" (Usually set to 0, used for weight compensation. When the weight of
the product put down each time is always lower than a certain value, you can add this
value in the "Deviation" item, and the actual product weight will be Equivalent to set
weight + deviation, unit "gram")

23. NO SELECT DETECT

"No selection detection" (Usually set to 10, if the weighing hopper is not selected
within the set number of cycles, it will be forced to combine even if the weight is
exceeded, the unit is "times")

24. LOW LIMIT (g)

"Target weight lower limit" (Used to set the lower deviation of the allowable target weight)
25. TRANSFER TIME (ms)
"Transfer time" (Used to set the time for the product to fall from the weighing bucket
to the collection bucket, usually set 700-800, depending on the fluidity of the material)

《4》 Delete program

(How to enter: Press "4", "E" or "OK" under the menu of program selection,
editing, copying and deletion)
Program deletion (Select the program to be deleted and the number, press "E" or
"OK" to delete)

CAUTION: Consider carefully before delete the

program, to prevent program missing!

( 4)
4. Calibration menu
(How to enter: Press "4", "E" or "OK" on the main interface)
(1) INITIAL ZERO SETTING

"Initial zero setting" (select the bucket to be zeroed, and then press run. For
example:

to set the initial zero for No. 2 weighing bucket: press "2 ", " " or "OK", and then press "I")
(2) SPAN CALIBRATION

"Volume Calibration 300g" (Select the hopper to be calibrated, put a 300gweight

on

it and press run. For example, if I want to calibrate the scale of No. 2 weighing bucket
: press " 2 ", " E " or "OK", and then "Put weight" and then press " I " or "Run")

CAUTION: The "initial zero setting" operation

cannot be performed when the weight is put
down, and the "span calibration" operation
cannot be performed without the weight.
