Service Improvement
In order to improve lead times and quality of service for Delphi UK
account holders, we will now stock all key hardware part numbers
in our UK warehouse.

Previously, our central warehouse in France serviced these


products. In an effort to help expedite shipping and receiving to
customers, all new stock will be serviced from the UK warehouse
in Warwick, via normal stock deliveries.

Customers should note the ordering process for diagnostic hardware and software:

1. Order hardware part number(s)

2. Once hardware package is received – complete the software order form* with all
required information and most importantly the VCI number from the hardware
package.

The relevant software licence key(s) will be communicated via e-mail within 24
working hours (Mon-Fri).

Many of our customers who hold local stock of hardware packages already operate in this way and have
found the process very simple and easy to use.

Please Note: The diagnostic software order form accompanies this MI note and can be completed
manually or electronically, and sent by fax, e-mail to our customer service team.

Using this order form allows Delphi to effectively communicate with customers and equipment users
regarding new software releases and software license expiration.

From 1st March 2013 orders for software licenses will only be accepted on the correct order
form.
