Versa-Matic is pleased to announce the addition of the FUSION™ ½" (13mm) and 1" (25 mm) PTFE
Integrated-Plate Bonded Diaphragms. Here are just a few of the advantages that this revolutionary
new product offers over traditional PTFE systems:

 Excellent Service Life (No wear from outer plates, offers ribbed supporting back up and
flex deflection ridges)
 Inventory Cost Reduction (No outer plates required)
 Ease of installation and maintenance (Simply hand tighten, no tools or torque required)

 Reduction of potential leak paths (No center hole, no outer plates to loosen)
Part Numbers: ½" E505F, 1" V183F, and 1½" V163F

Size Availability: ½" (13 mm), 1" (25 mm), and 1½" (38 mm) with additional sizes to come

Diaphragm Backing Material: NBR (Buna-N)

Temperature Limits: 14° F (-10° C) to 176° F (80° C)

Where Used: Versa-Matic PTFE fitted ½", 1", and 1½" pumps

Break-Away Pressure: Less than 2-piece PTFE systems
